Daily Dua‟a (supplications)
1. Dua to be recited in the morning;
َْ‫ك َخـٌْر‬َْ ‫ اللّهُـمْ إِنـً أسْ ـأَلُـ‬، ‫لل رَ بْ العـا َلمـٌن‬ِْ ‫ك‬

ْ ‫ َوأ‬، ُ‫ َوهُـداه‬، ‫ َونـورَ هُ َوبَـرَ َك َتـ ُْه‬، ُ‫ َو َنصْ ـرَ ه‬، ‫ َفـ ْتحَ ُْه‬، ‫هـذا الـٌ َْوم‬
َْ‫عـوذ ِبـك‬
„‟The morning has come to me and the
whole universe belongs to Allah, the Lord
of the worlds, O Allah, I ask of you the
good of the day, it's success and aid and
it's nur (celestial
(blessings) and seek hidayah (guidance)
and seek refuge from the evil in it (this
day) and from the evil of that which is to
come later‟‟. (Hisn from Abu Dawood).
2. Alternatively, recite this dua;
.‫ك المَصِ ٌْر‬
َْ ٌْْ‫ُـوت َوإِلَـ‬
ُْ ‫ك َنم‬
َْ ‫ك َنحْ ـٌا َو ِب‬
„‟O Allah we enter the day time and the
evening and die with your Qudrat (power)
and to You do we return‟‟. (Tirmidhi).
ُْ ‫أَصْ َبـحْ ـنا َوأَصْ بَـحْْ المُـل‬
.‫مِـنْْ َشـرْ ما فـٌ ِْه َو َشـرْ ما َبعْ ـدَ ه‬

ْ ‫َف ْتحَ هَا َو َنصْ رَ هَا َو ُنورَ هَا َوبَرَ كتهَا َو ُهدَاهَا َوأع‬
َ َ
.‫مَا َبعْ َدهَا‬
‘‟The evening has come to me and the

(blessings) and seek hidayat (guidance)
and refuge from the evil of this night and
the evil that is to come later‟‟. (Abu

5. After the expiry of Maghrib time,
recite this dua;
. ًِ‫اغفِرْْ ل‬
ْ ‫ك َف‬ ُْ ‫ك َوأَصْ َو‬
َْ ‫ات ُد َعا ِت‬ ِ ‫ك َوإِ ْدبَا ُْر َنه‬
َْ ‫َار‬ ُْ ‫اللهُمْ إِنْ َه َذا إِ ْقبَا‬
َْ ِ‫ل لَ ٌْل‬
„‟O Allah, this is the time of the coming of
the night and the passing of the day and
َْ ‫اللّهُـمْ ِب‬ the voices of those calling You to forgive
us‟‟. (Miskhaat).
