security briefing to the Volunteers of Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod
City prior their deployment at Bangga
Adela,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.

On August 7,2020 PSSg Jovito D Zamora,PCR PNCO of Police


Station conducted discussion and reiteration with Roy
Diego,Tanod Office rof Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City on the
basic rights of the accused to be used by them with responding to
calls..
On August 13,2020 PCpl Gilbert D Loper conducted
discussion on the salient provisions of RA 4136 to the
augment traffic enforcers at QCP,Purok

At around 4:00PM of August 3,2020 personnel of this station led
by PEMS Alex C Mendoza,ESPO of Police Station 7,BCPO
conducted dialogue on RA 9165 to the staff ,council of
Brgy.Alijis,Bacolod City.

At around 12:00PM of August 7,2020 personnel of this station led


by PSSg Jovito D Zamora,PCR PNCO of Police Station 7,BCPO
conducted dialogue on Violent Extremism to the clients of
MLullier Pawnshop,Victorina Heights,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod
City.

At around 7:00AM of August 10,2020 personnel of this station led

conducted dialogue on RA 8353 to the visitors of this station.

At around 1:00PM of August 10,2020 personnel of this

At around 8:00AM of August 10,2020 personnel of this station

At around 4:00PM of August 15, 2020 PSSg Jovito D Zamora,

RA 8353 and RA 9262 and the safety measure against COVID-19
to include the observance of “Social Distancing and proper wearing
of face mask to the drivers and bystanders at Bangga
Generica,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.

At around 7:00AM of August 17, 2020 PSSg Jovito D

discussion on RA 9165 and the safety measure against COVID-
19 to include the observance of “Social Distancing and proper
wearing of face mask at GRANTODA,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod
City.

At around 10:00AM of August 15,2020 PSSg Ma.Lelanie L


Calubiran,WCPD PNCO of Police Station 7,BCPO visited
and coordinated with Brgy.Captain Dela Vega of
Brgy.Alijis,Bacolod City on the implementation of EO 52 in
the city.

On August 17,2020, PSSg Jovito D Zamora,PCR PNCO of


Police Station 7,BCPO conducted meeting with
Brgy.Kagawad Torres of Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City on
RA 9165 monitoring in the said Barangay.
On August 17,2020, PMSg Raffy John Calderon,Invest
PNCO of Police Station 7,BCPO conducted discussion and
coordination to the staff of Brgy.Vista Alegre,Bacolod City
on the implementation of EO 52.He then reminded these
persons to observe minimum heath protocols amidst the
pandemic.

B. Disaster Preparedness and Response

1. Disaster Preparedness/Response Drills (Earthquake/Fire)

At around 8:00AM of August 10,2020 personnel of this station led by


PLT FLORENTINO M ABALAYAN,OIC of Police Station 7,BCPO
conducted earthquake drill. These PNP personnel were then reminded
that at anytime, disaster may occur, sometimes at least expected times
hence, there is a need to be ready.

On July 19,2020 Police Station 7,BCPO personnel


conducted earthquake drill.They were made aware that
earthquake and other disaster whether natural or man-made
may come at anytime,sometimes in a most unexpected time
hence, routine conduct of simulation drill is a must

Police Station 7,BCPO distributed a pack of rice
and assorted canned good to our Force

On August 19,2020 PSSg Jovito D Zamora,PCR


PNCO with the supervision of PLT
FLORENTINO M ABALAYAN,OIC of Police
Station 7,BCPO gave a plastic of rice to a
minor,Jessica Ordaniel of Hermelinda
Homes,Brgy.Mansilingan,Bacolod City.She lives
with her parents who are jobless.
On August 17,2020 PSSg Jovito D Zamora,PCR PNCO of
Police Station 7,BCPO assisted a PWD in going his home at
Brgy.Vista Alegre,Bacolod City.He came at this station for
some complaints.
