Abstract:
Manual systems for finance management in school have many problems that includes
proper management of record, data inconsistency, mistakes that may occur during writing
reports. This process is also time consuming as if anyone wants to know about his account it will
take too time in searching.

Our purposed system “School Finance System” is the solution to these problems. This will
be the computerize system that will be efficient. This system can set account, make transactions,
generate fees, collect fees, pay salaries, pay taxes and other expenses. This system will keep
record and details of fees, salaries. When student submit fees, it will send notification of payed
students. When staff gets salaries notification will be send to staff. This system will be efficient.
It will takes less time in processing, error free and will keep data consistent.

Problem Statement:
There is a chance of making mistakes regarding th finance management of the school in the
manual Financial System. Data inconsistency is higher in manual financial management
systems.It is also a time consuming process. Managing details of every student and keeping
record of its previous finance is also an issue of the existing system.

Scope:
The Purpose of this electronic and online Financial system for school is to facilitate to the
finance department of the school. This system helps them to manage, take records and to secure
all the finance data of students in a good way and its also very efficient and less time consuming
than manual system. The manager can perform crud operation at any time for their ease. Also the
manager shall be able to keep track the data of the students with scholarships and students with
the due fee. The system will provide functionalities like generate fee voucher for payment,
generate finance reports, updating students records and delete a specific student record.

Objective:
The objective of this financial system of students is to convert manual finamnce department into
online finance system.
