These specimens will determine if persons are COVID positive or negative at that point in time. The results will be returned by Monday, August 10, 2020. Testing takes approximately 30-45 seconds per individual. Testing will be conducted outside; the Gazebo area for clients and outside of our front Lobby for staff. Please listen for announcements Wednesday morning for time, place and unit or department. Staff and clients will be informed of COVID Positive status outcomes only. If you are not contacted, you may assume you were negative as of the test date. Please continue to report to Brenda Allen if you have symptoms for further directions. All staff and clients are expected to participate in this event as the Facility is an outbreak location and the state of Virginia is in an Emergency Status due to COVID 19. ‘Some things you should know: 1. How long to receive results? We anticipate receiving results on Monday, 8/10/20; however, we need to be flexible as this is a HIGH DEMAND service. . Is it mandatory? Yes, we are an outbreak facility which has ceased admissions until this PPS is completed and the State of Virginia is under Emergency Management guidance for COVID 19 . Plan for staff who test positive?
