Arrival
When you arrive in the parking lot, please keep all athletes on the bus. A meet representative
will come to your bus with your team packet, which will include a roster, numbers/chips, and
safety pins. Athletes should pin their numbers on the front of their race singlets while waiting to
be released from the bus. There will be a phone number on the packet to text or call with any
roster changes.
Once all buses from the prior session have left, athletes may exit the bus and begin their
warmups. Due to the tight timeline, there will be no tents or camps set up.
If you are bringing payment to the meet, you can give the check to the meet representative who
gives you your packet.

Departure
Athletes should head back to their team bus after completion of their race. They may cool down
between the finish line and the bus. There will be no congregating at the finish line.

Awards
Medals will be awarded as athletes finish to the top ten girls and boys for each session. Overall
male and female team awards for each session will be given to the coach at the conclusion of
each session.

Start
The start line will have specific boxes for each team, with a 6-foot gap between boxes.

Finish
The finish chute will be 16 feet wide. Runners must continue through the chute after they finish.
Please no falling down, throwing up, or crying in the chute. This disrupts the finish of others and
puts our employees in harm’s way if they have to physically move you.

Spectators
Spectators are not allowed to congregate at the start and finish of the race. Spectators may
spread out on the course at their own risk. All spectators are expected to wear masks and follow
social distancing guidelines. Please encourage parents and other spectators for your team to keep
the health and well-being of the athletes in mind above all else. If spectators are opposed to
wearing masks, this is not a good meet for them to attend.

Amenities
There will be bottled water at the finish for all athletes. We will have a trainer on site at the
finish in case of injury. There will be 8 porta-pots and 2 hand-washing stations, as well as hand
sanitizer. All common spaces will be sanitized between sessions.
