During the business Venture, At first when we had the day before
preparation i had expected a lot of things and ideas to come up for our
business venture. Like our way of selling. How we dress and address to our
customers. And How we can gain a lot from it. But the day we had our first
business venture was a total opposite because we failed in almost every
social responsibility addressed to our learning in school. We failed to conduct
those more important things and missed our chances of having larger
amount of profit. But when we had our second day of our business venture
we we're able to take care about the mistakes and bad situations we had
during our first day. And gain a lot more than the first business venture.

Then on the third day. We we're a little disappointed that time because most
buyers were very cautious upon buying meat products because our 3rd day
business venture landed on Ash Wednesday of the holy week and we were
selling chicken which is part of meat. But though some people still bought it
and loved our product and there were some who did not. Though we were
able to get our chances high and gain more. Actually i was enlightened a lot
by our experience during the entrepreneurship. To gain profit. Inspired me
to build up or maybe do even a small business selling. Though we had
different challenges and difficulties we were able to help one another as a
group and an individual in helping our business become successful though
we've had just a limited time to do it.

1st day of selling venture

Selling products and services to people can help the business gain
profit. Having a good customer relation can help your business gain more
customer that usual. In our first day of selling products I feel worried,
because the chicken that we are going to sell is not yet cooked, so our
leader assigned as immediately and Nicole Segovia, Rafael Parilla and Fritz
Polancos were assigned to cook the chicken immediately. And my other
groupmates Aila Marie Hermosilla, Nicole Juntilla, Aimee Malate are incharge
in serving the iced coffee. While me were assigned into the cash, which I
will be going to take in charge in giving the changes to each of our
customers. In that day I really thought that our product may not be sold,
but fortunately many people patronize and love our products especially
senior and junior high school. When the time for selling, I encountered
different types of customer, customer that only ask the price but are not
going to buy and, customer that give negative feedback in our product, and
most importantly the customer who love our product.

In our first day on selling I have experience a lot, especially in giving

the customer change. Because as what I have experience as a cashier you
should be able to calculate quickly and you should be able to give their
change quickly because there is another one waiting for their change. All I
can say is that it was fun yet stressful , and it gets more stressful in my
part when I saw that our competitors product were already sold and ours is
still in the table. It is depressing in my opinion.

After in this first day of selling I realized that you should have a
positive attitude as a seller because positivity will lead us to think
constructively. And you should be attentive every time, because customers
hate it when their order serves late.
2nd day of selling venture

In our second day in selling venture, we still sell the same product and

still the chicken was not yet cooked. We sell in recess and as expected it is

going to be a rush hour. So we are in rotation, last day I was assigned to

give customer their change so today I was assigned to cooked the chicken.

Well it was easy for me because I know how to cooked. And fortunately

there are still many students buy our products.

All I can say is that, this day was exciting and hectic. Because our

product iced Choco were easy sold but the chicken wings were not that

demand. So some of our group mates sell it in different grade levels and it is

still not sold out. Well in that time I realized that if your product is not sold

out yet it can be stressful as an entrepreneur.

So in this day I came up with the conclusion that business has always

ups and downs and that what makes every business stronger. Upon selling I

realize that Business or entrepreneurial is like a roller coaster. When you

first ride it it was so fun but little by little it gets scarier and stressful, yet

then again after those scary part, the outcome was fun. So in this selling

venture I realize that if you have a positive attitude and think the problem

that it was fun, then as a result, it will be fun and become a successful one.
3rd day of selling venture

This day March 6, 2019 is the last day of our selling venture. Our
group always do rotational so in this day I was assigned to give a receipt for
the customer who will going to buy on our product. And also in this day I am
a little worried for the reason that this is also the day of ash Wednesday.
Where we as a Christian do fasting in different things specially in foods like
meat, chicken, beef and many more. And unfortunately our product that will
be selling is chicken.

We still stay positive that our product will be sold. And fortunately the
chicken wing that we sell was easily sold out, and also in this day the
chicken wing ere already cooked and we already package it in their
packaging so that if someone buy, we can immediately sell it. But the coffee
jelly that we sell was not yet sold and there is still many stock. And luckily
Ms. Durano let us sell in her period so we immediately marked-down the
coffee jelly from 20 to 15 in that way the coffee jelly were sold
immediately.

In this day I learned that patience is the key to success. Because

before our product become sold out, waited and marked it down. That is why
I can say that patience is the key to success because most of us people want
everything to happen in an instant but only few of us realize that successful
businesses have the patience to get better each day, week, year, and
decade. They work hard to improve and achieve it in order to be one of
those successful entrepreneurs or businesses.

most importantly the customer who love our product.

In our first day on selling I have experience a lot, like cooking, multi-tasking,
and dealing with customers with such attitude. I can say that it was fun yet
stressful , and it gets more stressful in my part when I saw that our
competitors product are already sold and ours is still in the table. It is
depressing in my opinion. But thanks to my group mates who are very
positive that our product will be sold to. And luckily around 3:00 P.M. it was
sold out.

Upon selling I realized that you should have a positive attitude as a seller
because positivity will lead us to think constructively. While negativity
doesn’t help solve anything, it actually makes it harder for you to think of a
helpful solution. Therefore, when having a business, as an entrepreneur you
should always know how to balanced and control our emotion because it
might cause a failure in time.

In our second day in selling venture, we still the only group who sells late for
the reason that our products are viands. So our expected customers were
high school students, faculty and staff. In this day we group 4 sells around
10:00 and luckily it was the grade 10- recess so in that time, there are so
many students buy our products, we are even confused who we are going to
give.

All I can say is that, this day was exciting and hectic. Because our product
ginabot and ngoyong were easily sold out, but unfortunately our ice tea and
puso weren’t. So some of our group mates sell it in different grade levels
and it is still not sold out. Well in that time I realized that if your product is
not sold out yet it can be stressful as an entrepreneur.

So in this day I came up with the conclusion that business has always ups

realize that Business or entrepreneurial is like a roller coaster. You see the
ride from a distance and get excited. Once you step on the coaster and
buckle up, your adrenaline skyrockets. But then, there’s the upward trek
before momentum takes over. Your stomach rises into your throat, you look
at the people on the ground who look like ants and wonder why you stepped
foot on the ride to begin with. From your new vantage point, those not on
the ride seems to be in a much better position. If the roller coaster were
easy, everyone would jump on. That upward slope separates the successful
entrepreneur from the wannabe. The steeper the incline the more
momentum you’ll have for the rest of the start-up business ride.

Monatalban who were the one assigned in making our products were late.
They arrived when students are finished with their lunch.

We still stay positive that our product will be sold, so we waited in lunch
time and still there are so many products were left. In that time I feel
worried. But I still stay calm, because like what I experience in the first day
of our selling venture, that having negative thoughts cannot solve anything.
In our marketing time, Mrs. Durano allow us Serenity to sell our left out
products, and we sell to different grade level. And luckily it our ginabot,
proven and ngyong were sold out. However their still somai left, but atleast
most of our products were sold out.

On the first day of our business venture it felt so hassle and pressure since it
is our first time to sell and we haven't had an experience about it, and the
real life situation of running a business. We thought that we might not sell
all of our products because we have so many competitors, including the
canteen, but we've got the wrong expectations cause our product was sold
fast. Although we had good sales on that day as what our teacher said, we
need to improve our way of selling, especially in the different social
responsibilities of having a business.

On the second day of our selling our goal is to improve and take action on
those social responsibilities. We assigned each member in a different task so
that we would know that cooperation is very important in having a business.
I'm so happy seeing that our products are highly demanded and sold easily
during recess and lunch break. This day we've reached our goal and it is to
improve, social responsibilities, and to have good sales. Unluckily, on the
last day of selling, we Christians celebrated the Ash Wednesday and there is
belief that we shouldn't eat any meat or we should fast. Badly we're having
a hard time to make sales, since most of our products are meat. Although
not all quantities of our products are sold, we still reach a sale of five
thousand pesos and it is enough for us. Therefore, business is not all about
reaching good sales and getting a high profit. It doesn't matter the quantity
cause it matters quality of how good entrepreneur you are. We should enjoy
in satisfying the needs of our customers, we should respect other
competitors and lastly, we should be mindful in all of our social
responsibilities. Selling is so enjoyable, that's why we will going to miss it.

“Narrative Report on the

Business Venture”

On our first day of selling I feel worried at the same time I feel tired.
Because in our first I’ve perform cha cha cha and after performing I
immediately go to our selling booth to help my fellow groupmates in selling.
And around 1:00 P.M. when we have a fewer customers I change my outfit
and eat lunch. This day is such a challenging day.

During on our second day, me and my groupmates sells late, but

fortunately there are many people like our product so it is not hard for us to
sell it. This day I feel great because I was able to meet different kinds of
customer.

In our third day we attended mass and after attending mass our fellow
classmates are busy preparing their things, so that they can sell already, so
I feel worried because my Peter and Joshua is not in the campus and the
product that were going to sell is somewhat meat and this day is a ash
Wednesday. When our product arrived it my perception was right, there are
only few who buy our product. And also in this day I think we have a profit
loss, but fortunately my fellow groupmates were positive and dedicated that
our prosucts will be sold.

After our business venture I realize that upon selling, sellers must
have positive attitude and passion. Because that is one of the characteristics
that every entrepreneur must possess.
