INTERCOM SYSTEM CΠY -7

REMOVAL. DESCRIPTION

a. Amplifier unit:
→ At first remove the locking wire by using cutter
→Unlock and disconnect the plug connector from amplifier unit with the canon plier
→Release screw and dethatch the strip bonding from the frame
→Release the attachment screws and remove the amplifier unit
→Finally fit the blanks into connector to protect them

b) Interphone control Box (pilot side)

→Release 04 panel attaching screws with interphone control box in the pilot cockpit by
using common screw driver
→ Move the panel aside, open the front LH electric panel and unlock the coupling with
common screw driver
→Remove the locking wire by using cutter
→Disconnect the plug connectors and detach the strip bonding them remove the panel
with control box by using cannon pliers
→Release screws and removed interphone control box from the panel by using common
screw driver
→Close connectors with blanks to protect them

Note: Repeat the steps above to remove the co pilot side interphone control box.

C. Additional Interphone Control Box (cabin):

→ Release 04 screws attaching the additional interphone control box and holding it
→Release nuts and disconnect electric wires them back the screws on the nuts.

→Release the strip bonding attachment screw and remove the strip bonding
→Release the unit to rack attachment screw and remove the fan power unit

D) Control Panel

→Release screw which attach with panel


→Remove the panel and cut the locking wire
→Unlock and disconnect the plug connector from control panel
→Fit blanks onto connector in order to protect them

E) Wire Cable Antenna

→Unlock turnbuckle and rotating turnbuckle release cables tension

d) Loop Antenna Unit


→Mark position of the hair line marks of the loop antenna versus the helicopter frame
→Cutting the locking wire

→Disconnect the output of the non directional antenna, having released the mounting bolt
→Remove the fairing ( non directional antenna)
→Release bolts mounting the loop antenna to the helicopter frame

→Finally fit the blanks into connector to protect them

b) Interphone control Box (pilot side)

→Release 04 panel attaching screws with interphone control box in the pilot cockpit by
using common screw driver
→ Move the panel aside, open the front LH electric panel and unlock the coupling with
common screw driver
→Remove the locking wire by using cutter
→Disconnect the plug connectors and detach the strip bonding them remove the panel
with control box by using cannon pliers
→Release screws and removed interphone control box from the panel by using common
screw driver
→Close connectors with blanks to protect them
Note: Repeat the steps above to remove the co pilot side interphone control box.

C. Additional Interphone Control Box (cabin):

→ Release 04 screws attaching the additional interphone control box and holding it
→Release nuts and disconnect electric wires them back the screws on the nuts.

 Clean earth bonding with felt and connect.
 At first fixed connector 2Ш1 with the item by fixing 02 x screws with CSD.
 Then fitted connector 2Ш5 & 2Ш4 with the unit.
 Fixed earth bonding locked & secured with locking wire.
 Make a entry in the Radio Eqpt installation sheet with sign & date.
