Objectives:
• To commemorate 151 th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
• To enhance studies for understanding various Mahatma Gandhi’s thoughts.
About the Seminar:- Mahatma Gandhi, by name of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, (born October 2, 1869, Porbandar, India and died January 30, 1948,
Delhi),Indian lawyer, politician, social activist, and writer who became the leader of the nationalist movement against the British rule of India. Gandhi is
internationally esteemed for his doctrine of nonviolent protest (Satyagraha) to achieve political and social progress. Gandhi's actions were very strong but
always nonviolent. "Violence is the weapon of the weak; non-violence the weapon of the strong" Gandhi said. This was a new strategy in protest, and when
Gandhi did this he was thrown in jail, but he didn't give he came out of jail, protested again, and starved himself. His actions always were stronger that words,
because he never used violence as an answer but he still got through to people. So taking in to consideration of all the aspects our college has organize a online
webinar on the said topic.

About College:- Vaidyanath College is one of the leading institutions in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra. It imparts education to
the deprived students from backward and rural areas. Hon. Gopinathraoji Munde Saheb was the former President of the Jawahar Education
Society’s. Vaidyanath College and his able enthusiastic visionary way took overall developments of the college. In the 20th century, the
social workers put forward a new and life turning avenue before the society by establishing this reputed institution with a motto ‘Satyam
Dnyanamnatam Brahma’. It means “The truth, full of knowledge is the principle known as Brahma”. Since 1968 Jawahar Education
Society’s Vaidyanath College has been constantly serving to the society in various ways. The institution is focusing on the holistic
development of the students by enriching adequate learning resources. In the past few years, Vaidyanath College has established a
distinctive position among leading Colleges in the Marathwada region.

languages. All papers of seminar must be in MS-Word for English, Times New Roman , Font size 12, line spacing 1.5. For Marathi and Hindi Unicode
(Mangal, Kruti Dev-10, Surekh font size 14 ). Full paper should not be exceed more than 2000 words. Selected Research papers will be published in online

International Peer Reviewed and Index Research Journal “B. Aadhar” with ISSN No. 2278-9308 & Impact factor is 7.675.
