• Buyer to issue LOI & provide Letter of Credibility from a qualified institution to Seller
• Seller to share unredacted factory(ies) certifications & documents for buyer approval
• Buyer to issue Irrevocable Purchase Order to Seller
• Drafting of Sales & Purchase Agreement Escrow structuring and funding (Lawyer to Lawyer)
• Execution of agreements
Production Process:
• Initial SGS / Third-Party factory(ies) inspection available upon request
• Biweekly updates to be given to seller on status of production
• SGS / Third-Party product inspection of batches available prior factory dispatch or port handover
• Product batch escrow funds to be released upon batch inspection and sign-off from Buyer lawyer
and/or shipping documents receipt
