N Scope of Work Description

1 Building Chilled Water Data measurement covers:
Main Distribution Board - Secondary Pump Electrical Panel
a) Data logging for 7 days with at least 5-minute interval data. The
parameters to be collected are:
i) Voltage (V)
ii) Current (A)
iii) Active Power (kW)
iv) Power factor

Secondary Chilled Water Pipeline

a) Data Logging for 7 days with at least 15-minute interval data. The
parameters to be collected are:
i) Chilled water supply flow rate
ii) Chilled water supply temperature
iii) Chilled water return temperature

2 Main Incoming Electrical Data measurement covers:

Data Logging (LV) a) Data logging for 14 days with at least 15-minute interval data. The
parameters to be collected are:
i) Voltage (V)
ii) Current (A)
iii) Active Power (kW)
iv) Power factor

3 Air Handling Unit (AHU) Data measurement covers:

Data Measurement a. Instantaneous measurement of AHU electrical data. Among parameters
will be measured are:
i) Voltage (V)
ii) Current (A)
iii) Active Power (kW)
iv) Power factor

b. Instantaneous measurement of AHU air side data. Among parameters will

be measured are:

Return Air Duct

i) Cross section area
ii) Return air flowrate/velocity
iii) Return air temperature
iv) Return air relative humidity
v) Return air CO2

Mixed Air Duct

i) Cross section area
ii) Mixed air flowrate/velocity
iii) Mixed air temperature
iv) Mixed air relative humidity

Outside Air Duct

i) Cross section area
ii) Outside air flowrate/velocity
iii) Outside air temperature
iv) Outside air relative humidity

Supply Air Duct

i) Supply air temperature
ii) Supply air relative humidity
