4.1ntroductory  SETTING THE MOOD:

The teacher will let the students recall the different physical activities that improve
fitness.
4.2 Activity ( 10min)  GROUP ACTIVITY:

1. The teacher will divide the class into five groups.


2. Let them demonstrate any physical activity in front of the class.

4.3 Analysis (8min) The teacher will ask:


1. How did you find the activity?
2. Based from the presentations, what activities do you consider physical
activities? Which are not?
3. What physical activities at home do you consider helpful in achieving
fitness?
4. What activities do you consider not suitable in achieving fitness?

4.4Abstraction  EFFECTIVE DISCUSSION:

Using a power point presentation he teacher will discuss what activities are
considered physical activities and which are not. Explain how such activities make
us physically fit.
4.5 Application (15
mins)  GROUP PRESENTATION:
 Using the same group, instruct the students to prepare a short physical
activity program.
 Students will be given freedom to choose an activity they want to perform.
It may be through:
