Matrix below and explain why it is considered as strength, weakness, opportunity and threat.

Explanation:
Strengths
1. Good Reputation. NDDU has a great image towards people living here in General
Santos City or neighboring places. When we hear NDDU it always comes with known for
providing quality education and people that are successful alumni which are evidences that
NDDU is a great university to study.
2. Offering of Holistic Education. NDDU is very notable for shaping its graduates
academically and morally upright. NDDU molds the students not just during subjects discussion
but also disciplines and imbibing values that the school aspires to become as what they will
suppose to be.

Weaknesses
1. Congestion of Students. Many students are enrolling year by year and due to lack of
classroom, students’ time in learning are compromised (by what I experienced). Increase in
number of students minimized the time of academic staffs by which the time for a specific
class will be shorten.
2. Insufficient School Grounds. As compared to other universities, NDDU has a limited
school space by which future constructions of building and other facilities will be affected and
activities that needed large scale area will not be able to comply the requirement for it to
happen.

Opportunities
1. Growth in Numbers of Enrollee. Increasing of the population for the possible next years
in the vicinity will eventually reflect to students who study and for sure, when that time
happens, NDDU will also receive a great number of enrollee by which can generate better
income.
2. New Normal Policies. From adapting the current modality of learning, NDDU will have an
opportunity in gaining students because of the form by which the school provides education. For
instance, in tertiary, students should have a better way of coping lessons and since NDDU
absolutely provides blended modality of learning then students will be encourage to study here.

Threats
1. Declining of Philippine Economy. Because of the pandemic, economy of the Philippines
is facing adversities. Money flows slowly and progress is decreasing. With this, every
operation of institutions in the society will be adversely affected that leads to problems.
2. Development of Other Universities. Upon announcing the establishing of the future
University of Santo Tomas in General Santos City, with the addition of emerging colleges in
different fields, NDDU will have more competitors because students will have more option on
choosing where to study.
