Cartagena de Indias, officially the Tourist and

Cultural District of Cartagena de Indias, is the
capital of the department of Bolívar, in northern
Colombia.

It was founded on June 1, 1533 by

Pedro de Heredia. Since 1991 Cartagena

is a Tourist and Cultural District

LIKE IN THAT PLACE?

In Cartagena de Indias,
the rainy season is
cloudy, the dry season
is windy and partially
cloudy, and it is very
hot and oppressive
throughout the year.

My visit to Cartagena     

I was in the city of Cartagena better known as Cartagena de Indias, I was

on vacation that beautiful city with some friends from school enjoying its
beautiful museums, beaches and its pleasant climate.

In this photo we were on the blue beach enjoying the sun and the
beautiful blue sea, that day we also went to the castle of San Felipe at
night and the weather was cool and there was a nice cold breeze, the
next day we went to the island of Barú where the weather was a little
hotter but the place was beautiful and we enjoyed the island all day.

During our stay in that beautiful city we always did different things, we
visited many parks and we frequented some discos. It
was a very pleasant experience that I will always want to repeat
