AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION PUBLICATIONS

Period of validity: from 30 MAR 2017 to 27 APR 2017

1 PRELIMINARY ARRANGEMENTS

1.1 PURPOSE

The purpose of this Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) is to inform the

updates recently implemented in our aeronautical information publications, and provide
clarification to related issues.

1.2 SCOPE

The provisions set forth in this AIC shall apply to all units and partners of the
Brazilian Airspace Control System (SISCEAB), and users who consult or make use, in their
operational routine, of aeronautical information publications.

2 AIS PUBLICATIONS IN FORCE

2.1 The Department of Airspace Control (DECEA) is distributing the following publications,
which had significant modifications to their content, dated 16 FEB 2017, with effective date
30 MAR 2017:

 AIP AIRAC AMDT - 04/17

 AIP-MAP AIRAC AMDT - 04/17 - NIL

2.2 THERE WAS NO UPDATE of aeronautical publications in the following amendments:

 COMMON AMDT dated 16 MAR 2017 with effective date 30 MAR 2017.

 AIRAC AMDT 03/17 dated 02 FEB 2017 with effective date 30 MAR 2017.

NOTE:

1. In AIP-MAP charts, excepting ARC and ATCSMAC, the modifications are

highlighted in the chart frame.
 2.3 The updates of AIP and, AIP-MAP, are highlighted as follows:

| INSERT or MODIFIED information.

 DELETED information.

3 – VISUAL CHARTS
3.1 The following visual charts edited in OCT / NOV 2016, will be effective on MAR 02,
2017:

WAC
2894 (TUMUCUMAQUE), 2945 (SÃO LUÍS), 2946 (BELÉM), 2947
(SANTARÉM) and 3313 (CURITIBA)

NOTE: The description, forms of acquisition and updates related to aeronautical visual charts
are described in AIP GEN 3.2.

4 FINAL ARRANGEMENTS

4.1 Information contained in AIP-MAP and AIP amendment which will come into force on 30
MAR 2017 have been revised up to 21 DEC 2016, thereafter, any significant modification
will be published by NOTAM.

4.2 This AIC enters into force on 30 MAR 2017 revoking on this date, AIC A01, of 02 MAR
2017.
