Interaction practiced

Warm-up Before the class, the T asks to SS to work 10 min. Paper Writing,
in pairs. The T gives to SS some speaking

vocabulary with an exercise about thing
which might make people happy. The T SS-SS
Starting off
tells SS that they have to find nine things
which might make people happy by
matching the words and phrases. Then
the T ask to SS that they have to write
which of the things in exercise 1 do they
think are essential for happiness and
which do they think are not so important.
The T asks each pair to share your
opinion about that.
Pre-reading The T gives to SS a text about 30 min Peace of Reading The T has to verify that
neuroscience. The T asks to SS to read paper everybody is doing the
T-SS about activity, everyone have to

Later, SS must work in pairs. SS must


simulate a job interview, one of them
should play the role of interviewer and the
other the role of someone who is applying
for a job. In this activity, they must use the
new vocabulary.

For homework, T writes the directions on


the board, SS need to do a job interview
to one person, could be to a classmate, or
to a teacher.
Wrap-up Finishing the class, T asks SS to give 10 min Phones Listening,
feedback to each other about their Speaking
presentations and give pieces of advice to SS-SS
their partners.
