Dear HubHaus Members:

This letter is to notify you of important and immediate changes at HubHaus, Inc. (the “Company”).
Richard G. Couch, Chairman/CEO of the Diablo Management Group, has been appointed as the
sole Officer of the Company, effective immediately, and will be leading HubHaus through a closure
and liquidation process, commencing September 23, 2020.

Business performance has severely diminished with the extensive impact of the COVID-19
Pandemic, and despite its best efforts, the Company has been unable to attract new or continued
financing.

The Company has recently implemented a reduction-in-force, releasing all employees, and, with this
communication, will quickly begin the process of transitioning management of the property to
homeowners. This transition does not affect your security deposit, your legal rights under your
Member lease agreement and any rights you hold as a tenant under that lease. This is not a notice of
eviction and your lease is not being terminated.

You are not required to pay October rent. Your security deposit has been applied to your October
rent obligation under your lease with HubHaus, and any positive balance has been applied to your
ledger account. Our plan is to transfer your lease to the homeowner along with any balance, so a
positive balance would be a credit toward future rent payments.

This transition will take several weeks to complete and implement, and each of you will receive
information and instruction packets this week regarding the steps being taken to complete the
transition.

should you want to provide information or ask questions after having read the material that will be
sent, as mentioned above.

We realize that this news is discomforting, and we will work diligently to provide you with details of
our plans that affect each of you.
