THAT DAY

Martin and Denise went to the zoo last week. They went there with their friends at school.Their
teacher Miss Sullivan took them there by the school bus.There were totally 39 students on the trip.
There were fifteen boys and twenty four girls.The driver of the bus was Mr. Norton.

They left school at 8:30 in the morning and reached to the zoo nearly at 12:00 o’clock because
the zoo was so far from their district. When they reached the zoo ,they got inside in groups .Inside
was too crowded as it was Saturday.

Inside the zoo ,there were a lot of different animals.On one corner ,there were wild animals like
lions,tigers, giraffes and others and on the other corner there were different kinds of birds. The most
loved ones were the pelicans. They were so colorful.

That trip was very exciting for all the students. They were very happy when they came home and
wrote that incredible day in their diaries before they went to bed.
