Tarragon grilled chicken

 For marination: (2 HOURS)


 Chicken fillets 2

 Black pepper crushed ½ tsp

 Dried oregano 1 tsp

 (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

 Olive Oil 2 tbs

 Worcestershire Sauce/Soya sauce 1 tbs

 Mustard powder/paste 2 tsp

 (Vinegar) 1 tbs

 Oil 2-3 tbs for frying

FRY FOR 8-10 MINS EACH SIDE ON LOW FLAME


 For Tarragon Sauce:
 In saucepan, add butter and let it melt, add
 (Butter) 2 tbs onion and sauté until translucent.

 (Onion) Sliced 1 small  Add chicken stock and give it a good mix. -Put
off from flame, add Olper’s cream and mix well.
 Chicken stock ½ cup
 Turn on flame, add salt, black pepper, dried
 Olper’s cream ¾ cup tarragon leaves and mix well, cook until desired
thickness.
 (Salt) to taste
 Drizzle tarragon sauce over grilled chicken and
 (Black pepper) crushed to taste
serve.
 Dried tarragon leaves 2 tsp
