Seller will supply banking information for the initial deposit,
Deposit is for the current contract and invoice
Seller Prepares shipment within 7 working days and proceeds with shipment
For the first Shipment Buyer will buy 30,000mt of GMO SOYBEAN for this first shipment
buyer will send a deposit of 30% of the total invoice
Value of the first and or initial order for procurement and logistics to the sellers account.

Seller ships products and provides Master BL and all other shipping document and proof of
insurance at 110% of the shipment value, the balance 70% of total invoice value of goods
shale be remitted to sellers account 5 days after confirmation of goods at the port of
delivery ASWP IN CHINA

PAYMENT:
30% advance TT on confirmation of contract and invoice for procurement and logistics
70% TT upon confirmation of goods at the port of delivery ASWP CHINA
QUANTITIES AGREED:
First order 30,000 MT of GMO SOYBEAN
Contract order on a monthly basis for one year (50,000) The Parties to the contract enter
into this cycle and shall proceed with the execution of mutually agreed schedule to its full
implementation.
The validity of this document is for FIVE (5) business days from today (23/09/2020)
