Let’s talk!
An anecdote. Sharon wants to know how do you feel when you are stressed or under
pressure. Answer the following questions in your notebook to help you guide your work.

1. What do you do at your job? What are your functions?


• In my work I am in charge of cutting the insoles for the shoes which I have to
organize and mark number by number in their respective place.

2. How is your daily schedule?


• Mi horario diario es de 07:00 am hasta el almuerzo y de la 1 de la tarde hasta las
06:00 pm.

3. What other activities do you do during your day?


• Other activities that I do is play micro and study for partials that I like a lot
since it helps my body to be in optimal shape.

4. Do you live with your family? How many members in your family?
• If I live with my family and they are made up of 6 people.

5. Do you have kids? What ages?


• No I do not have children.

6. What other responsibilities do you have?


• The truth is my responsibility is to study and maintain a good academic
condition to graduate and help my family.

7. Is your day usually relaxed? Or is it chaotic?


• We all have good days and bad days but the truth is, I do not get carried away by
the bad, but I try every time, to get ahead.
8. How do you function when you are under pressure?
• What I do when I am under pressure is to take a little break and take a different
air to do everything more calmly which improves the way of doing things.

9. How are your meals? Do you east healthy?


• My meals during the day are healthy but at night I like to eat in the street I know
it is bad but it is delicious.

10. Do you get sick often? Of what? What are your symptoms?
• I don't usually get sick, sometimes I get a cough but nothing else.

11. Do you go to the doctor regularly?


• The last time I went was about three weeks ago and everything is excellent was
what they did at the clinic.

Prevention. Think about the way you manage your daily life, your stress and when you or
someone in your family is ill. What do you do to prevent diseases, illness or alterations
caused by stress? Write a short paragraph (5 to 7 sentences).
When someone has a headache from work or from the stress of the street or from some
problem, what is done is to give them an acetaminophen pill for pain and if it does not
happen like that and the pain or fatigue or the disease is serious We usually go to the
clinic but at this time we are all well in my family, thank God, but the most
recommended thing for me is to have a healthy diet, play sports and, most importantly,
good hygiene so that viruses and germs do not enter our organism.
