to manage order procurement, sales and supply and the collection of
payment in assigned territory.

7. Back office support. (Gift reimbursement, cash coupons reimbursement,

target achievements, etc.)

8. Any claims, incentives, or cash coupon’s reimbursement will be given as a

credit note and the same will be adjusted 45-90 days as per company
norms.

9. The company never deals in cash transactions’, so if you give any cash
directly or directly to any of our employees or a related person of Gargo
International “Adrol Lubricants”, you can strictly deny/refuse. In case, if
you pay any cash payment to any of the company’s employees, the
company will not be responsible in any circumstances.

10. We only accept account payee cheques/RTGS/NEFT in favour of Gargo

International.

offer for any reason whatsoever, including due to the provisions of any
statute or rules or regulation as may be in force time to time.

• Gargo International ”Adrol Lubricants” will not be responsible if stock is
