FINDINGS
Despite the fact that entry of Chai Point has led to a fall in the market share of CCD, still
they are the leaders in this vending machine industry.
Chaayos on the other hand is yet to enter this industry, but has already been able to mark
its footprints, posing as a strong competition for both Chai Point and CCD.
Chai Point is rapidly tapping into this untapped market and will be able to capture the
major portion of the market in next few years.
CONCLUSIONS
Chai Point is performing tremendously well in the market. With their entry in the
market, share of CCD has started falling and they are losing many customers.
Chai Point has entered the market with a perfect timing and after a lot of R&D.
If they grow at the rate at which they are growing presently, they will be able to capture
a major portion of this untapped market.
