I. INTRODUCTION
Mathematics still remains the most feared subject next to English. This is true in
spite of the many efforts exhausted by our math educators, but this should not stop
math teachers from exerting means and ways to allow students to befriend and be
comfortable with Math.
This is a big challenge for Mathematics teachers; hence, much thought was
given regarding how complex processes can be simplified to meet the level of the
students. Furthermore, mathematics teachers must be empowered with skills necessary
to deliver effective and efficient educational services so as to attain quality education.
As always and as it should be, what the learners can absorb with the utilization of
interesting activities should be considered.
II. ACCOMPLISHMENT
1. Curriculum development
a) Prepared daily lesson plans and instructional materials;
b) Identified weak points of the learners based on the learning competencies in
Mathematics subjects;
c) Evaluated and assessed the performance level of the learners in every grading
period;
d) Provided learning situations conductive to learning;
e) Prepared and submitted upadated and accurate school forms and reports such
as Form 1, Form 2, Form 48, Form 137, Form 137, etc.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS
To deal with mathematical problem is one of the difficulties of our pupils. And it is
reflected in their periodical test, NAT and other performance assessment. Teacher provides a better
knowledge and skills in teaching so pupils could appreciate this subject. However, pupils achieved a low
performance result and became a perception of not mastered lesson blaming on part of everyone
concerned. But as we say, we have to continue to strive for excellence by providing more exercises and
practice to raise score in the different test.
