This e-�cket is not transferable and will only be valid along with an ID proof in original. If found travelling without ID Proof, Passenger will be treated as without
�cket and charged as per extent RSRTC rules.
One of the passenger on this e-�cket is required to carry the details of e-�cket in the form of print out or SMS received on Registered mobile no. from RSRTC, along
with Valid Photo Iden�fica�on Proof like Voter Iden�ty Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License / Photo ID card issued by Central/State Govt. / Student Iden�ty
Card with Photograph issued by recognized School or College for their students / Na�onalized Bank Passbook with Photograph / Credit Card with photograph /
Unique Iden�fica�on Card “Aadhaar”.
The passenger who is unable to carry print out of e-�cket, may obtain duplicate e-�cket print out by producing PNR/Ticket number details on Mobile in the form of
SMS with Valid Photo Iden�fica�on Proof to the RSRTC staff available at Reserva�on/Enquiry/Booking Window. This is an addi�onal facility provided by the RSRTC
to its passengers, but RSRTC is not bound to provide this facility compulsorily.
The On-duty Conductor/Checking Staff or person authorized by RSRTC will verify the Photo Iden�ty Card of the passenger regarding e-Ticket details on Print Out &
Reserva�on Chart. If the passenger fails to produce the Print Out of e-�cket and the specified Photo Iden�ty Proof in original during the journey, the �cket will be
treated as INVALID and the passenger will be treated as "Traveling without Ticket". Photocopy of Iden�ty proof is not allowed.
If Senior Ci�zen availing the concession facility through e-�cket, will have to produce “Smart Card issued by RSRTC” in original.
The passengers who are availing concessional facility fails to produce the above men�oned documents will be treated as INVALID and the passenger will be treated as
"Traveling without Ticket". Photocopy of document is not allowed.
RSRTC reserves the rights to change/cancel the bus service men�oned in the e-�cket. Due to cancella�on of bus services, the passenger will not be compensa�ng by
RSRTC in any condi�on.
Passenger will have to pay the fare difference in cash, in case of change of service or revision of fare.
Cancella�on of e-�cket is permi�ed under the terms and condi�ons agreed by the passenger while booked the e-�cket.
For Debit/Credit cards addi�onal surcharge is of 1.2% of the total fare (Inclusive all taxes) and Rs. 10/- per transac�on (Inclusive all taxes).
