Addressed points

1. WEEKLY PRESENTATION:
1.1. GEAR: JO started the weekly presentation.
1.2. SETRAG: CK reported he was confused by the fact that on 26.05.2020 we talk about
the resolution of the telecommunication and DMI issues and that afterwards in the
chronogram we talk, on 12.06.2020, about the resolution of the DMI issues again.
1.3. GEAR : JO commented that on the telecommunications side we have made a lot of
progress but the issue of the DMI remains the problem, hence its treatment in isolation
afterwards.
1.4. SETRAG : CK comments that, in his opinion, the DMI problems are communication
problems, moreover despite the multiple reminders made, SETRAG has never received
a technical report on the communication problems.
1.5. SETRAG : PTM added that, in reality, the functional difficulty lies in the support of TCS
data by the ATRAC servers, therefore it is a matter of communication.

2. INVOICING:
SETRAG: CK commented that in the absence of the PRN at today's meeting, he will personally
refer the matter to the PRN for follow-up on all invoicing issues and delays discussed today.

3. COMMUNICATION AND DMI ISSUES:
3.1. SETRAG: CK wonders why GEAR is sending reports on telecommunication
improvements when the dates presented in the various timetables are not yet due.
3.2. SETRAG: CK comments that, to date, given the fact that GEAR has still not sent a
technical report on communication problems, SETRAG therefore has no reference to
verify the percentages we are announcing.

4. S4 OPERAITON MODE:
4.1. GEAR : JO asked SETRAG to define the criteria for the viability of the system which
would allow a return to the S4 operation mode.
4.2. SETRAG : CK replied that the "System Recipe" used on November 2nd will be the
checklist used to test all the features of the systems (TCS and PX) one by one,
moreover, it's up to us to set the date once we have solved all the problems.
4.3. SETRAG : PTM added that it is GEAR's responsibility to demonstrate to SETRAG that
the TCS is functional.

5. OBC INSTALLATION:
5.1. SETRAG : CK asked why GEAR had not yet proceeded with the wiring of the CTITC
locomotives prior to the installation of the valves.
5.2. GEAR: JM replied that the only reasons for this delay are linked on the one hand to the
unavailability of the locomotives and on the other hand to the fact that these are also
DF8 locomotives which depend as well on the response we expect from GSEZ.

6. PROJECT STATUS:
6.1. SETRAG: CK commented that he does not agree with the statistics given in that part,
in fact, he adds that he requested several weeks ago that the Excel tables which were
used to carry out the calculations of the TCS system adherence rate be made available
to him without this having been done. As a consequence, these figures are not
revealing to him.

6.2. GEAR : CV replied that, if he wishes, we are willing to arrange a meeting at which all
these questions and concerns will be addressed.
6.3. SETRAG : CK replied that he agreed.

7. GT46 LOCOMOTIVE:
7.1. SETRAG: PTM first asked if we had any particular need regarding the test that will be
held tomorrow (13.05.2020).
7.2. GEAR: CV commented that In addition to being granted access to the locomotive one
hour in advance for test trip preparations, we also want the DATA balance on the
ATRAC SIM cards of the available locomotives to be recharged.
7.3. SETRAG: PTM asks COMILOG which locomotives are available for tomorrow's test.
7.4. COMILOG : HW informed that locomotives 4312 and 4307 were stuck on the other
side of the derailment the day before (Monday, 11.05.2020) and will not return until
tomorrow morning if traffic is restored. The available locomotives are 4305, 4306,
4308, 4311 and 4313.
7.5. GEAR : JM comments that all the locomotives available on site are operational, we will
embark 2 to 3 hours before departure in order to install the DMI monitoring software.
7.6. COMILOG: HW informs that it did not receive the OBC logs requested last week.
7.7. SETRAG : CK commented that an email was sent by CV on this subject and that it will
be forwarded to COMILOG.
7.8. COMILOG: HW commented on the fact that in their routine operations, COMILOG
drivers are very often taken to open the battery knife in order to cut the power when
the locomotives are stopped (in stations for example), and the consequence of this
action is that they lose the OBC configuration, he would like to know if our equipment
is connected directly to the battery or if there is a different connection and also, what
can be done to overcome this problem?
7.9. GEAR : JM replied that our equipment is connected directly to the battery, we will see
if there is a possibility to address the issue of the loss of OBC configuration.
7.10. COMILOG : HW added a second concern, namely that on the valves, it is indicated
that the pressure supported is between 0.1 bar and 1 bar whereas the GT46
locomotives produce a pressure of 20 bar. COMILOG has already lost the valves on

Page 3 sur 4
locomotives 4302 and 4308 because of this too high pressure. What can be done to
overcome this problem?
7.11. GEAR : JM commented that we will look at the technical specifications of the valves
and return to COMILOG.

8. MAP MODIFICATION:
8.1. SETRAG: CK commented that he did not understand why GEAR was waiting for
validation from SETRAG on the map change issue. What SETRAG wants is for GEAR to
produce a document outlining the following points:
8.1.1. If we wish to modify the maps because of a particular problem, we must identify
the problem, technically, in this document;
8.1.2. We must describe the nature of the change made;
8.1.3. We need to explain technically how these changes will solve the above-
mentioned problem.;
8.1.4. 6.1.4. We must then perform the modification on the maps and inform
SETRAG.

9. EOT’S HOOKS REPLACMENT:

9.1. SETRAG: PTM requested updates on the process for replacing broken EOT hooks.
9.2. GEAR: JM commented that he will provide an update to Setrag regarding the subject.
