I write you in sincere worship. But I am neither a good Catholic, nor a good Christian (I, wife Ulrike: the
latter is not true, he is a good Christian, a believer). For decades, I was outside the church at all . Too
much determined me a skeptical view of the abuse of Christ by the Christian community. In his name
countless crimes have been committed throughout history and even today. Yet, in my innermost being, I
have always been guided by a belief in divine power and wisdom; and the belief that the world is an
ordered cosmos in which God works, but in which man cooperates responsibly. My attitude towards
the church - as an institution within which many people, despite all inadequacies, care about fellow
human beings - has changed under the influence of two very defining events in my life:
1.
came in 1984 with 5 ½ months of pregnancy, our son as an extreme preterm birth to the world:
According to the then worldwide medical knowledge, there was no chance at this stage. If according to
the doctors, contrary to expectations, in the event of a miracle, our son survived, serious handicaps
could be expected for life. After his birth, we asked in writing over 500 friends and other acquaintances
to support him through prayer and good thoughts in his fight in the incubator. Of importance is his first
name Joachim: When we after four miscarriages no longer thought to have a child, my wife had a
dream: We both had a child in our arms, which said: "My name is Joachim and I have Erich and chose
Ulrike as a parent. " Contrary to expectations, Joachim has not only survived the struggle for survival,
but has developed extremely positively to this day - albeit with considerable disability deficits. He is a
studied freelance music teacher, musician, music therapist and enthusiastic, ecumenical church
musician (organist and choirmaster). - Joachim is translated from Hebrew: the one whom the Lord sets
up - in which the whole miracle is expressed. For me, this event was an occasion to refuse military

2. In
1998, my wife had a serious traffic accident on the motorway at night. A 40-ton lorry had hurled her
from guardrail to guardrail in a zig-zag rammed from behind over 250 m - probably under the influence
of a brief sleep from the driver. According to the police, such "encounters" usually end in death: The car
is usually rolled over by the truck and rolled flat. In this respect, my wife had incredible luck in
misfortune. She survived with a severe traumatic brain injury with epilepsy and spinal damage as a
result, which has improved in the course of further life and has become bearable.
Out of gratitude for these two life experiences, I fulfilled a long-standing wish of my wife and gave her
my first entry into the Catholic Church on the first day of survival .

So now I'm here and have a concern:

I consider this to be so weighty as to convey it to you, for without exaggeration it affects the welfare of
all mankind. Therefore, I can not escape the call of my conscience, although I am also afraid of this
concern. Afraid to expose myself in a matter that is "hot" in many ways. Many other doctors have been
involved, but many threatened to retreat again because they had to fear for their professional,
economic, family, even physical existence. I was reluctant to appeal to you as the highest ecclesiastical
authority, because a failure in the form of a declaration of "non-jurisdiction" or an otherwise well-
founded refusal would bury one of the last hopes I still have in this regard.

Since your election to the Pope, I have been astonished and increasingly admiringly aware of her
unflinching bravado and her commitment to "hot irons", such as her clear fearless position vis-à-vis the
Curia and especially the Mafia. This has awakened in me a feeling of deep respect. The assurance that
you have the misery of the poor and the oppressed, the persecuted and the discriminated, recognizable
not only in words but also in deeds, grew in me.

They do not seem to shy away from resistance. I pray for you that this Franciscan mission in the service
of Jesus Christ will give you a long, healthy and blessed life.

Now for my concern:

As you know, it is not very well-ordered with human salvation on earth, although it says in the Lord's
Prayer "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, as in heaven, on earth ..."
As psychotherapist and doctor interested me the connection between salvation and healing, spirituality
and health. In this connection, in my opinion, the key to peace on earth.

Unfortunately, over the centuries Western culture has developed a schism between theology and
medicine, with fatal consequences. The church as an institution unfortunately has a share in this
development. It does not oppose Descartes' explicitly formulated epistemologically shared image of
mankind. Man was divided into the visible body, which is left to science and into the soul, which remains
the domain of the church . This results in a ultimately unfruitful division of labor between the medical
profession and the priesthood. Man too easily gets out of sight as a body-soul wholeness.

The resulting prevailing understanding of illness can be illustrated most clearly with the example of
cancer and its "control". It legitimates a therapy in which innumerable people - contrary to
the Hippocratic Oath , the patient notably harmed - are mutilated, poisoned and irradiated by
doctors. People are giving themselves up to such treatment because they are dominated by fear and
insecurity.
To question this medical thinking and acting must, in my opinion, become a central theological
concern. It corresponds to a deep unbelief: the opinion that God's creation - especially the human
organism - is an unpredictable chaos in which evil is manifests. At any time, the calamity in the form of
an insidious disease can almost invade us. Then all that remains is exorcism with steel, jet and
chemo. The devil - in the form of wild become, unrestrained spreading and " metastasierenden " body
cells - must be expelled with the Belzebub.
According to the imputed chaos, oncologists also do not believe in a natural order underlying the
organism. Therefore, they have so far found no cause-effect laws. Survival opportunities can only be
printed mathematically in 5-year statistics. Due to the widespread image of cancer as malignant,
destructive disease, the patient is exposed to the cancer diagnosis quasi a voodoo spell-resembling
death sentence. The promised 5-to-5% 5-year survival probability is a macabre lottery game for him,
whether he will be among the small numbers of survivors. The metastasis concept, which is unproven,
but considered as a matter of course, turns the disease demon into a multi-headed hydra for the
survival of the patient. If you hit the head off at one point, other heads grow in several other places - a
terrible monster. Such subliminal images trigger an infinite fear in the patient. Demoralized, he becomes
an unwilling victim who undergoes all "treatment". He will survive if he survives the war, which is
organized "for him" with his body. Treatment thus degenerates into war and the organism becomes a
battlefield operating on military strategies. This chaos concept with diagnostic shock, poisoning,
radiation and possibly mutilation actually creates a very life-threatening illness due to the doctor.

Here, theology must intervene if it wants to remain credible. Does such a meditative thinking
correspond to a world view without God, without an ordering, wise creator. Theology has to take a
position here for a nature, for a human organism as an ordered cosmos, in which a wise force rules,
which, among other things, is expressed in clear laws of nature. If researchers, guided by such a
theological inspired search scheme, make serious efforts, then you can find such laws in the human
organism as well. They discover self-regulatory healing processes whose knowledge can immensely
increase our trust in God - which means a revolution in medicine.

2.
Such a theologically inspired, wholesome reorientation of medicine, however, conflicts with powerful
interests that make tremendous gains from clinging to the chaos-evil understanding of disease through a
billion dollar business of fear. Mafia-like structures in our social and health systems are in effect
worldwide, a diabolical interplay of globalizing power politics, unscrupulous marketing strategies, cancer
promotion companies and, last but not least, organized brainwashing and propaganda: all excesses of a
godless, materialistic, profit-maximized mindset.

desk. They highlight the problem head-on:

In such a godless, materialistic system, the message of salvation of Jesus Christ is abused as a world-
shying, exulting ideology in which salvation and salvation - separated from healing - are moved to the
other world. Poverty as well as illness can be endured with patience as unalterable suffering in the vale
of tears. The central message of Jesus Christ, ie his Sermon on the Mount - the unconditional love that
can be directly and indiscriminately achieved by the suffering of the people and is also aimed at healing
the existential distress in the here and now, and thus also in illness - unfortunately also becomes often
oppressed and forgotten by religious circles.

The Church as an institution knows well from its own history the mechanisms of repression and
persecution of people who were against fundamentalist dogmas. She also knows that she has hurt her
authority and persuasiveness through such excesses. In the long term, such action has hindered a
common, stimulating growth of religiosity and science. It has helped medical science create a soulless,
materialistic and mechanistic worldview. Their scientists are often no longer responsible for a God-
related conscience, but are seemingly unscrupulously corruptible.
Here is the time that churchbased on their own experience with cognition also relates to the health care
system position. It should brand science accordingly, where it presents itself as a substitute religion with
inviolable dogmas and blocks crucial progress or discriminates against and persecutes researchers with
breakthrough findings.
This ecclesial mission to address a leak of divine consciousness and conscience in the theory and practice
of the world's most prevalent health care system also stems from the practical accountability
of Church as the largest hospital bearer.

Now that I have presented arguments why it is necessary for theology or the church to takea stand
against the godless medicine business as an institution, I would now like to give concrete form to where
I currently see a meaningful starting point for such an activity:

1.
There has been a "medicine of the future" for 35 years now, a natural medicine that is both scientifically
and holistically oriented, which initiated a paradigm shift in the understanding of disease : we owe this
to the now 81-year-old doctor. Hamer , a doctor with German and Italian roots. In addition to medicine,
he also has degrees in theology and physics. He is a gifted cancer and brain researcher. In his
investigations, he started from a sense-oriented search scheme of an ordered cosmos . Illness is not a
mistake of nature, but a meaningful event that follows a predictable order. He discovered five biological
laws of naturewhich explain the development of cancer, indeed disease itself, their genesis and course
of healing. This new paradigm is called Dr. Hamer now " Germanic medicine ", because he is proud of
(or can be) to join his discoveries in the series of German poets and thinkers to whom the world owes
much. A short summary of this medicine can be found on the Internet at www.germanische-

I would now like to recommend to you the fate of this researcher and dedicated doctor, whom I have
never personally met. Since his discoveries, this Nelson Mandela has beensubjected to extensive
merciless discrimination and persecution. His discoveries are systematically suppressed. His influential
opponents have succeeded in removing Dr. Hamer's license to practice medicine for more than 30
years . The reason is that he did not want to " renounce " his " iron rule of cancer " and "did not (again)
confess to conventional medicine" wanted. That Doctor HamerIn spite of his ban on work, he did not fail
to find a person seeking advice. In court, he was doomed and, among other things, led to two prison
stays in Germany and France. His applications to re- approve the license were regularly rejected for
more than 30 years, although to my knowledge, the longest withdrawal of the license to practice is at
ten years. On the occasion of this year's renewed request from Dr. Hamer himself wrote an opinion for
the Hessische Landesprüfungsamt . In doing so, I endeavored to make the biographical background of
the whole process of suppression understandable, cf. Annex 2 (www.germanische-heilkunde.at under
documentation Dr.Dr. Erich Schott to Hessisches Landesprüfungsamt).
Unfortunately, the Hessische Landesprüfungsamt has again requested the application of Dr.
Ing. Hamer refused even before his lawyer could forward my opinion . The matter can now be pursued
in opposition proceedings or in court. If you want to know the grounds for refusal and my further
comments, I will gladly submit them to you.

3.
Now to my expectations or requests to you as head of the Catholic Church : Please help ensure that the
damaged reputation of Doctor Hamer is repaired again. As? By contributing to the recognition of his
scientific accomplishments and recognition of his " Germanic Medicine " as a milestone for a " medicine
of the future ", a natural and spiritual medical science, because the biological laws of healing are also
divine laws , ie expressions a divine order or benevolent providence.

Specifically, in my view, the following steps were useful or necessary:

Please try to give an opinion of Dr. Hamer to come. This is not so easy because of his opponents much
negative is spread about him. Her knowledge of human nature and her knowledge of intrigues and
misguidance will let you find the right path.

If you have read my opinion , we are already clear to you: Doctor Hamer has been traumatized many
times in his life.
As a more personal introduction, I would like to connect you with the father grieving for his son. The
circumstances leading to death can be found in my statement , see Appendix 2 with more precise
sources: - In the preface to his first book " Cancer, Disease of the Soul " his letter to his son, who died at
the age of 19, is a shocking document. December 7, 1980: I quote:
" Dirk my son,
Two years ago today was the worst day of my life, the blackest hour of my life! My beloved Dirkdied in
my arms. Nothing before and nothing afterwards was so gruesome, as unspeakably destructive as this
hour. I meant, maybe slowly, that feeling of powerlessness, of abandonment, of infinite sadness. But it is
still getting stronger. I can not be who I was anymore. My poor son, what have you been through, what
have you suffered without ever complaining in one word? What had I given, should I have died in your
place? Every night you die again in my arms. 730 nights have you died since then, and always I did not
want to let you out of my arms and always dragged you the terrible fatality. Fainting, I stood still every
time at the end and cried like two years ago, howled so unrestrained and stunned,
You wonderful boy died like a king, proud, great and yet so dear despite all the torments, in spite of all
the tubes in all the veins, arteries, in spite of inhalation hose, in spite of terrible decubitus. The baseness
and malice of your tormentors you have just dismissed with a shake of the head: "Dad, they are evil, very
angry." In the last few days you have only spoken with your eyes, but I have understood every word of
you.
Did you also understand everything that I said to you the last time, that daddy and mom love you dearly
and that we will always stay together and do everything together? And that you have to be strong now
and have to sleep late? You nodded, and I'm sure you understood everything despite your agony. Only
once, when you've already closed your eyes and felt my tears drip on your face and heard me cry, you
shook your head a bit reluctantly. Did you want to tell me, "Daddy, do not cry, we always stay
together!" I am not ashamed, my boy, to no man. I cry so many times when nobody sees me. Do not be
angry with me. I know you have never seen your father cry. But now I am also your apprentice and am
sadly proud of you, with what dignity you have preceded us through the great gate of death. But even
such pride can not satisfy my despair if you die in my arms every night anew, leaving me desperate. "

The shock and pain of the loss of his first-born son led to testicular cancer in Dr. Hamerand was the
driving force behind his extraordinary activities as a cancer and brain researcher. The conflicts with the
royal family and the opponents of Doctor Hamer firstgave his wife a breast cancer that she could
overcome, but eventually she died of a myocardial infarction , because the constant conflict went
beyond her powers.

Because Dr. Hamer did not allow himself to be blackmailed by millions of dollars, an "offer that can not
be denied", but wanted a fair trial, he was ruined both existentially and financially. The patent
applications for a number of surgical inventions (Hamer scalpel, Hamer bone saw, etc.) he could then no
longer pay. His dream of being able to live alone on the patent revenue, which was quite realistic at that
time, and with his wife a practice in an Italian slum without a fee to operate, was nullified.

The powerful royal family has managed to corrupt lawyers and judges. The Paris processbecame a farce.
She made it, which he and his wife repeatedly obstructed in their research or dismissed by the hospital
director.
They were able to prevent the discoveries of Dr. Hamer from being published by specialist publishers or
from Dr. med. Hamer were presented at symposia or congresses.
She organized a concerted media campaign across Europe against Dr. Hamer , who was badly pelted
with dirt by the journalists. This culminated in the case " Olivia ", a girl whose parents wanted to have
their child treated according to the findings of Dr. Hamer, and was finally forcibly treated in
conventional medicine. The unprecedented events can be found in a separate documentary "Helmut
Pilhar, Olivia, Diary of a Fate ", which can also be found on the Internet. In cooperation with the doctors'
organizations and courts , Dr. Hamer has been deprived of license for more than 30 years .
As threatened, Dr. Hamer's reputation was systematically destroyed. He was increasingly discriminated
against, psychiatrized, even criminalized in the form of two prison stays.
Last but not least, Dr. Hamer can prove that he has been subjected to several attempted assassinations ,
which thank God were unsuccessful.
He was hunted all over Europe. He is a homeless person, a refugee who eventually found exile in
Norway.

Nevertheless, he continues to be involved as a researcher. He writes extensive bookswith a high novelty

value. Everything he writes is absolutely authentic. He reports on case reports of the highest value for
the future generation of physicians, but increasingly also for potential patients in the here and now: He
described poignant accounts of people who have studied his findings intensively. They tell him how,
with this knowledge, they could accept and survive their illness. Under his influence, a new type of
patient develops. He has learned to pay attention to himself and to take responsibility for himself. He is
sensitized to causes of conflict caused by experience shocks and develops creative conflict solutions. He
can fearlessly assess his own course of illness on the basis of the acquired knowledge. In him, confidence
in one's own resources grows,
In his books , the potential patients are informed that not every conflict resolution leads to a risk-free
cure. Depending on the intensity and duration of the conflict and the nature of the conflict, there may
be foreseeable, serious healing crises in the conflict resolution phase , which may require hospitalization
with intensive medical care and, if necessary, surgical intervention. Here, the patient is exposed to a
strong field of tension, because the school physician of the previous way of thinking a treatment and
even cooperation with Dr. med. Hamer reject. To my knowledge, there is a considerable number of
doctors, even after the findings of Dr. Hamerhave worked but have retreated under intimidating threats
from the medical organization . That's why it's so necessary for Dr. Hamer gets the license again, so that
he can treat his patients in the healing crisis or so that other doctors in cooperation with him can again
dare to treat patients according to his findings.
Although the resonance of his scientific work energizes Dr. Hamer still in his 81st year of life, one must
nevertheless be aware: Such a long-lasting intensive pursuit and hostility leaves traces in the person
who is so attacked and increasingly isolated.
What still inspires him is his sense of important issues and his penetrating spirit of inquiry with a vision
of divine order even in the course of illness . Here he uniquely combines the essence of his study of
theology - as a master of Protestant theology - with the essence of his physics studies at the level of the
physician: God's laws are for him absolutely reliable laws of nature in an ordered cosmos.
Unfortunately, in the past 30 years no European Christian church representative has been touched by
Doctor Hamers path of suffering. No well-known churchman has hitherto supported him in his
seemingly hopeless fight. It could hardly hide because of the Europe-wide media propaganda a
Christian, that emotions were fueled here, and a this blameless doctor publicly condemned and stoned
in a sense. Where is the cleric who shouted "halt" and stood up for this fellow-believer? Christianity has
failed miserably in this case so far. Is this blind spot to obvious injustice pure coincidence or a system
error in Christianity? A silent conspiracy against the one labeled as the "villain" who was arrested
here, the scapegoat for your own "badness" that calls for victims? Does this mislead a misguided
morality that feeds on dogmas of faith, such as the dogma of original sin, according to which it seems
right when illness, as a punishment for the Fall, fatally breaks into unpredictable chaos and the devil
must be exorcised in the womb with chemo, steel and beam? After that, oncology is executing a

In my opinion , I also sketch Dr. Hamers experiences with a fundamentalist Jewish faith
community . Led by charismatic chief rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson as an ethical and moral role
model and spiritual teacher, the Chabad or Lubavitch movement has had a profound impact on
education, media, politics and legal systems not only in the US and Israel but in many countries of the
world. Menachem Mendel Schneersonunder the guise of a benefactor of humanity, many of whom have
been honored by the US government, secretly cultivated the promotion of Judaism as a "chosen
people". It does not seem like a coincidence that Dr. Hamers medicine is used because of its high
survival value of Jews since the beginning of the Hamer'schen discoveries, however, do not do it with
other faithful. The fact is a stark different cancer statistics in Israel to the rest of the world (see Annexes
1b and 2).
Who can reproach Dr. Hamer, on closer examination of the background, that it is not good for the
Jewish as well as the Christian faith community to start with a Jewish-Christian plot, even to speak of
"Jewish popes"?
I would like to ask you, Venerable Pope Francis , to judge us mildly here. Please note the order of cause
and effect in behavior of Doctor Hamer . Turn to him with the otherwise unprejudiced and human
knowledge you! Is Dr. Hamer being persecuted primarily because he is an anti-Semite or a church
enemy (which is not true), or is he being persecuted because as an initially irreproachable doctor he
made ground-breaking discoveries that put the usual medical practice largely into question? Experience
so far has shown that conventional medicine did not engage in scientific debate. Instead, she wanted to
force him to follow his " Iron Rule of CancerThis association with the medieval inquisition and
ecclesiastical cognition of knowledge, which a well-studied theologian knows very well, exposes the
guild of oncologists as a dogmatic community of faith.

The more and the longer this Dr. Hamer pursues with their almost unlimited influence, the more
powerful are understandably the pictures and words used by Dr. Hamer against these opponents. His
indignation is all the more justifiable when oncologists, in spite of his never falsified discoveries,
which urgently require a change in the conception and treatment of cancer, shamelessly and
unscrupulously continue as before. They continue to continue without consideration of the now known
emotional causation of their suffering and death-bringing life-shortening treatments to patients. In his
anger, Doctor Hamer speaksof slaughter and mass murder or the greatest Holocaust in history. He is
committed to the lives of tens of millions of patients who, despite better knowledge of a more humane
life-saving alternative, are still being sacrificed on the altar of dogmatic orthodox medicine for purposes
other than humanitarian interests.

Dr. Hamer's inflammatory statements have taken on the background of years of frustration a sharpness
that may seem very rough to a person not informed. This, in turn, is a welcome occasion for his
opponents to dismiss him as an antisemite and a crazy conspiracy theorist, and for that very reason does
not need to be taken seriously as a scientist. A vicious circle!

Please, Venerable Pope Francis , pledge to put an end to this mess by a clear statement from you as
supreme authority, setting the standards and making it clear.

3.2
In detail, her actions in the direction of a rehabilitation of Doctor Hamer in my view could be as follows:

Convince yourself of the scientific nature of Dr. Hamer's discoveries . In my opinion(Appendix 2), you
can see that Doctor Hamer is always ready to demonstrate at university level to any patient the
precision of his diagnoses and prognoses in front of scientific expert committees. His statements are
clearly formulated in scientific terms and falsifiable at any time. To judge the scientific nature of
medicine by Dr. med. Hamer compared to conventional medicine is the opinion of Professor Dr.
med. Hans Ulrich Niemitz helpful (Annex 3).

3.2.2
Please give Dr. Hamer the opportunity to prove his laws of nature at the Pontifical Academy of
Sciences . As a patron, personally ensure that a fair trial and agreement on the eventual confirmation of
its laws of nature is followed. In addition to well-known oncologists, the selection of experts should also
include psychiatrists, theologians and lawyers as well as representatives of patient organizations, as well
as experts from the medical service of health insurances. It is here, as far as the Germanic medicine the
