European Union residents have the right to cancel online transactions and return

their order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. However, the
14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases. There are some
exceptions, including an exemption for online digital content if you have already
started downloading it and you agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal
by starting the performance of the contract.
Even if your statutory right of withdrawal ends, you may still request a refund of

We are obligated to inform you in very specific legal terms of the right of
withdrawal, which you can find below.
Withdrawal instruction

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without
stating any reason therefore. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date
of conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (address below)
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration,
e.g. a letter sent by post, telephone or e-mail. You can use the attached sample
revocation form, which is however not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the
notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the
withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have
received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges
arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard
delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date
on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the
same means of payment for such refund as you used for the original transaction
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for
such refund.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

You may not cancel an order for digital content if the delivery has begun with your
express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
