Location: Fan case 6 o’clock position
System: Mechanical

Possible Two-way adaptor connecting to oil tubes not indicated with torque seal.
Defects:
Location: Spinner
System: Non Modular
Possible Coating loss. Scoring, cracking and damaged or delaminated rubber nose cap.
Defects:
Location: Fan case
System: Mechanical

Possible 2 cases of FOD (1 metallic, 1 hard plastic) found.


Defects:

Possible Bracket at 8 o’clock position found with missing clinch nut


Defects:
Location: Annulus Fillers & Fan Blades

Possible Nicks, dents, scratches, corrosion pitting or missing anti-erosion coating.
Defects: Nicks, dents, corrosion pitting, blunt leading edge or burnt surfaces.
Location: Fan Case

Possible Air duct not blanked.

Possible Abnormal galling, deep rubbing, delamination, cracks or dents.

Defects: Flapper valve is at close position – as indicated by red arrow.

Defects:
Location: Igniters & Ignition System
System: Ignition System
Possible Loose connections, bolts, nuts.
Defects: Chaffing or frayed wiring.
Location: IDG & IDG AOHE

Possible Damage on the AOHE & loose or damaged connections
Defects:
Location: Fire Detector & Starter Clamp
System: Module 61
Possible Bent or broken wire (fire detector), Improper Installation of starter clamp.
Defects:
Location: Bifurcation Panel Services
System: Fuel, Air and Ignition
Possible Incorrect wire-locking, absence of sealant, loose bolts & nuts, loose installation
Defects: of fuel, oil and air tubes on panel & chaffing of tubes & wires.

Possible Missing or delaminated rubbing strips & missing bushings
Defects:
Location: VSV Actuator

Possible Unlocked split pins, improper wire locking, chaffing, nicks & dents on tubes.
Defects:
Location: Rear Acoustic Panels
System: Module 34
Possible Delamination, cracks on trailing edges.
Defects: Loosen screws, blanking on the AOHE should be there.

Location: Fuel Spray Nozzles & Igniters
System: Fuel & Ignition System
Possible Nicks, dents, scoring or other damage on fuel tube as indicated by red arrow.
Defects: Igniter & FSNs are properly installed & wire-locked as indicated by green arrow.
Location: Electrical harnesses
System: E & I System
Possible Bent, burnt, chafed, broken & exposed harnesses. Loose or missing bolts &
Defects: nuts & terminals
Location: Thermocouples
System: E & I system (on Module 51)
Possible Badly dented or elongated bolt holes

Possible Loose connections, poor wirelocking on FSNs, Loose Boroscope ports,
Defects: damaged tubings, bolts, nuts & clamps.
Location: Bleed Valve and surroundings
System: Bleed System
Possible Damaged, worn or torn seal. Loose connections, chaffing of tubes and
Defects: harnesses. Ensure no missing bolts.
