FOR REFINERY PLANT FACILITIES
 

1.0 OBJECTIVE OF THIS DSI :

a. To ensure that all manuals are updated by November 30, 2010 as per sub clause 4.6.1 of
PSM-PR-4
b. To ensure that intermediate Milestones, targets are set.
c. Adequate time is given for completion of chapters.

2.0 SCOPE & APPLICABILITY

This “Departmental Standing Instruction” is issued to the “Division Heads” and “Section Heads”
of the Operations Department and is applicable to the Operations Department only. Reference by
anyone else and usage in any other domain is not authorized.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY

As mentioned in the standing instructions below.
