Abstract

In the project "Event Management System", we have done a case study of this
project in which new users and registered users can create or participate in the events
as per their wish and needs. In this system, there will be room for two kinds of users,
one to create event and the other to participate in others events. If the event creation
request is send by the user, it will be verified by the admin and will put on the system.
Users who have created their event will also be able to update or delete their event by
certain conditions applied but only by asking or sending request message to the
admin. Users who have created their event will have to make certain amount of
advance payment to put their event on the process.
This system will help the users who have register to the system to give access to the
system. This system will consist two kinds of events; one is to attend the public events
and the other is to organize private events. Those user who want to participate in
public events will also be able to view the detailed information about the ongoing and
upcoming events, by which the users will be able to attend the event of their interest.
Those user who want to book the venue for organizing the event will be able to know
about the events time and venue. Users can make choice related to venue, the number
of guests, special arrangements, menu and the like. In this system, user/client would
be able to participate or organize more than one events at a time and can be used in
any of the platform using web browser.
