Triple power battery troubleshooting

Note: If you are an installer, for the problems mentioned and not mentioned in this form, please make sure to record the following basic
information when you going to each site, to avoid repetitive work after contacting SolaX.

Inverter Serial Number Picture required


Measure the PV voltage with a multimeter Picture required
Measure the AC cable voltage with a multimeter Picture required

Go to ‘status’,
 go to ‘solar’, check all status

BMS_Over Voltage Level 0  Battery over voltage 1) Stop charging the battery for 30
minutes, or discharge the battery
through external loads

upper threshold, improve the

temperature both meet the
requirements, reboot the battery

BMS_TemLow Level 1 Battery temperature low 1) Stop charging or discharging the
battery

BMS_Circuit_Fault Level 1  Battery internal faults 1) Turn the inverter to OFF mode,
will trigger this error turn off the battery, disconnect
for self protection battery with inverter, check power
 Unmatched BMS and cable connection, reconnect

2) Check the BMS and battery SN &

BMS_CurrSensor_ Level 1  Battery cells are 1) Turn the inverter to OFF mode,
