increases focus on identity and self image, and it affects significant of the original motivation factor in
line with employee needs. (Laegaard, 2018). It Is economical price of equal employment and pride of
ownership.
Motivation process (being motivated), and they may have direct independent influence on the actual
behavior. For example, the organizations culture and value may create motivation, but the culture
and values may create motivation, but the culture may also be a barrier to the development of
motivation. (Laegaard, 2018).

Perceived impacts on conservation behaviors are important in the organization field. The research
questions for both projects were framed in the context of a conservation concern though they did not
directly advocate for specific conservation actions. However, respondents' reported actions or
intentions to act Indicate that the projects did have an influence on participants' perceptions of their
conservation behavior (Personality, 2012).

Shows where things are perceived in a way that affects how the person thinks in the workplace. It is
perceived that impact on conservation behavior are important in an organization field.

This idea can improve your own attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors. It can be done by taking
asking myself question what i can do to get this assignment done in timely ways and also get it done
so that i score good amount of point to be a low B. My perception of the people i work with since
they are from different areas like Nepal, and Ghana and America, to have understanding that the
people are the same everywhere and we should learn from them and bring out the best in the team
by being acclimated with their culture and food.

Furthermore, in behavior we can try to improve our behavior toward learning and learn from others
and not repeat the same mistake we did before like doing a problem the wrong way.
learning and improving behavior is the best thing that can be done to move us to improve ourselves.
