I Module Identification:

B. Module Classification: ENTREPRENEURIAL MIND-SETTING & VALUES FORMATION

II Module Description:

This module pitches the goals of the KMME Program and relates to the participants the essential perspectives, views
and values that the participants have to learn and put to good use as entrepreneurs. This will be done during the
opening of the launch program by either DTI or PCE representatives.

The first module will tackle the entrepreneur himself, discussing the mindset and values for success. It will reveal
how the entrepreneur achieve his/her goal and how to deal with challenges and opportunities. The process and
requirement of formalizing the enterprise will also be discussed. The featured mentor can also share his journey in
entrepreneurship citing instances that made them a better entrepreneur and how they successfully steered their
enterprises. This module will also spell out the etiquettes to do business in a legal way. Also, In this module the
mentors will have a situation analysis on the business of the mentees. This will tackle specifically on what is
currently happening on their business. The mentors will examine the overall growth of their business for them to
know how to properly advice to scale up their business.

I Module Identification:
A. Module Number: MODULE 4
B. Module Classification: BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS

II Module Description:
The Module 4 introduces the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a visual tool for the mentees to comprehensively map
out their business models and to draw strategies therefrom. The mentees are presented with the BMC Template for
them to fill in based on their existing business operations. The same templates are to be updated by the individual
mentees after each of the modules in Phase 2 as they gain additional insights and understanding of the various
segments of business management that are all incorporated in the BMC. The mentees, likewise, are guided to
optimize the BMCs of their respective enterprises as a vital reference for the preparation of their Business
Improvement Plans.

Among other things, the Module 3 seeks to present the national government agencies and its partners as providers
of assistance and services that are vital to the country’s MSEs. For this reason, the Module 3 includes a session that
provides selected organizations the opportunity to present their ongoing assistance programs and services for MSEs.
These agencies include DTI, DOST, FDA, SB Corporation, DOLE and TESDA.
Partners in the private sector such as sponsors of the PCE-GN can, likewise, be allowed to present Corporate Social
Responsibility programs that are implemented for the same cause.

the provisions and its impact on their businesses.
