Mountain pipeline expansion near the
Coquihalla Summit.
According to an RCMP news release,
the confrontation took place near Falls
Lake Road on Sept. 30, just after 8:30 a.m.
Mounties responded to the report of a
woman who had parked her car in a way
that obstructed Trans Mountain workers.
The woman was confronted by private
security staff, who showed her a copy of
a court order that showed her actions in
breach of a Supreme Court injunction.
She was “released from custody on
scene.” Police will forward all informa-
tion to the BC Prosecution Service which
will determine if charges will be laid.
