• T8 fixture equipped with GE Ultramax, 120-277 volt High Ballast Factor ballast
• Steel “Quick Access” electrical connection cover on end of fixture housing
• Two (2), wire form hanger brackets
• Rotary lock Leviton lamp holders
• ETL 3097700 listed, conforms to UL 1598. Certified to CSA C22.2 No. 250.0
