Application scope of multistage centrifugal pump
D-type pump is used to transport clear water without solid particles and temperature
not higher than 80 ℃ or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clear
water. It is suitable for mine and urban water supply and drainage engineering.
DG pump is used for conveying clear water without solid particles and temperature
not higher than 105 ℃ or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clear
water. It is used for boiler feed water or hot water or medium similar to hot water.
MD pump is used to transport neutral mineral water (particle size less than 0.5mm)
and other similar sewage with solid particle content less than 1.5%. The temperature of
the medium to be transported is not higher than 80 ℃. It is suitable for iron and steel
plant, mine drainage and sewage transportation.
DF type pump is used for conveying corrosive liquid without solid particles at - 20 ℃
~ 105 ℃.
Dy type pump is used to transport oil and petroleum products without solid particles,
the temperature is - 20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, and the viscosity is less than 120 centistoke.
The allowable inlet pressure of the above pumps is not more than 0.6MPa.

Rotate the rotor of the pump for 1-2 revolutions to check whether the rotor
has friction or seizure;
Whether there are any sundries hindering the rotation near the coupling or
belt protection device, etc;
Whether the foundation anchor bolts of pump, bearing pedestal and motor are loose;
Before the pump is started, the pump shell and suction pipe must be filled
with water, which is because in the presence of air, the suction vacuum of
multistage centrifugal pump cannot be formed and maintained.
For pumps conveying high temperature liquid, such as boiler feed water pump
in power plant, the pump must be warmed up before starting multi-stage
centrifugal pump.This is because high temperature feed water flows through the
pump during startup, which makes the temperature of pump body rise quickly from
normal temperature to 100-200 ℃, which will cause temperature difference
between inside and outside the pump and between various parts. If there is no
long enough heat transfer time and proper temperature rise control measures,
uneven expansion of pump will occur, resulting in deformation, wear, vibration
and bearing shaft locking accidents.
1、 Scrape off the scale and rust on the inner and outer surface of
impeller, seal ring and bearing, and then clean and blow it with water or
compressed air.
2、 Clean the oil dirt and rust on the joint surfaces of the shell.
3、 Clean the water seal pipe and check whether the pipe is unblocked.
4、 Clean the bearing bush and bearing, remove the oil dirt, and then clean
the oil ring and oil level gauge.The ball bearing should be cleaned with
gasoline.
5、 Parts and components not to be assembled for the time being shall be
oiled for protection after cleaning.
2Prevent the corrosion of parts, and do not allow any degree of corrosion
on precision parts.When the parts need to be stored for a period of time after
cleaning, the anti rust ability of the cleaning solution or other anti rust
measures should be considered.
