The general message of the song "Mutya ng Pasig" is about the suffering and
unhappiness of a woman (the mutya) whose fate led her to lose the love of her life. The
composer of this song is the musical poet - Nicanor Abelardo.
There are two perspectives in the song. At the first part, you will hear the narrator or poet.
He describes the setting and the woman in the song. And at the latter part, you will hear the
second person, a woman, describing who she was before and what happened to her life and
what she wants now.

Kay Ganda ng ating Musika was the song of Hajji Alejandro. He is a Filipino singer
and actor, who was a major pop star in the 1970s and 1980s. The song was original
composition of Ryan Cayabyab also known as Mr. C. He is a Filipino musician, composer
and conductor. He was named a National Artist of the Philippines in 2018.

Ugoy ng Duyan Also known in the official English translation “The Sway Of The Baby
Hammock”, it is made by Lucio San Pedro, a composer and teacher and is also one of the
National Artist of the Philippines for Music. The lyrics of the song, however, were written by
another composer and lyricist named Levi Celerio, who is also a National Artist of the
Philippines for Music and Literature. The famous song about the love and care of a mother is
one of their famous collaboration pieces as it is sung by many famous artists such as Pilita
Corales, Lea Salonga, Regine Velasquez, Aiza Seguerra and more.

The famous Filipino folk song “Ang Pipit” has a sad story. If we will try to interpret the
lyrics literally, it talks about a bird who was hit by a stone. The poor creature was unable to
fly because of the pain and the severity of the injury so it fell from the tree. But before it hit
the ground, it expressed its worry that another bird will be sad by the former’s demise and
that the man was too cruel for taking an innocent living being's life.

Music piracy is the copying and distributing of
recordings of a piece of music for which the rights
owners (composer, recording artist, or copyright-holding
record company) did not give consent. In the
contemporary legal environment, it is a form of copyright
infringement, which may be either a civil wrong or a
crime depending on jurisdiction. The late 20th and early
21st centuries saw much controversy over the ethics of
redistributing media content, how much production and
distribution companies in the media were losing, and the
very scope of what ought to be considered piracy – and cases involving
the piracy of music were among the most frequently discussed in the
debate.
