TERMS:
• Project commencement will start post contract sign.
• Any other services other than those enclosed will be charged extra.
• Sponsored posts charges for current will be billed in subsequent month billing.
• Minimum commitment for contract is six months.
• Monthly charges as per annexure are prepaid for every month.
• INR 5000 extra per month incase postpaid.
• Incase payment of any invoice is later than 30 days, A penalty of 5% of invoice amount will be
levied every month and after 60 days services will be put on hold until all payments are cleared.
• All prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes.

• Creation/Cleanup of existing social media handles on all Facebook, Instagram and Zomato.

Plan of approach post takeover:
