Question: ABC company is going to shipped one lakh piece readymade shirts to Japan before 25st
October, 2020.How they will manage to achieve the goal?(Answer the question with detail of
managerial process)

Answer: Management process is a process of setting goals, planning and/or controlling the
organizing and leading the execution of any type of activity, such as: a project or a process. An
organization's senior management is responsible for carrying out its management process. ABC
Company have a goal to deliver product to japan. For achieving goal they need a proper planning,
without proper planning they may misguided. In a global marketplace where the rate of change is
rapidly increasing, flexibility and adaptability are crucial to the managerial process. This process is based
in four key functional areas of the organization: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. The four
management functions can help managers increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

ABC Company needed a proper guidance for achieving goal with efficiency and effectiveness. The process
is mention below:

Planning: Planning begins by anticipating potential problems or opportunities the organization may
encounter. Managers then design strategies to solve current problems, prevent future problems, or take
advantage of opportunities. These strategies serve as the foundation for goals, objectives, policies, and
procedures. There are different type of planning is available but ABC company should follow Contingency
planning for achieving goal. Top and middle management will decide what needs to be done to achieve
organizational objects, When and how it will be done and determine who should do it.

Organizing: A second key function of manager is organizing, which is the process of coordinating and
allocating a firm’s resources in order to carry out its plans. For achieving goal they need to do smart play
in term of reorganizing the assembly line and focus on making product that ordered by japan. Spend a
great deal of their time guiding and motivating the employees who actually produce the goods and
services. They accomplish this by doing the following:

• Dividing up tasks

• Grouping jobs and employees

• Assigning authority and responsibilities

Leading: Managers to perform tasks at the right time. In the organization structure, top managers use
leadership skills to set, share, and gain support for the company’s direction and strategy—mission, vision,
and values. The managers of ABC Company play a vital rule for achieving goal. With the benefits of
company they can take step which may help in achieving goal. They motivate the worker to work there
best for to prepare everything ahead of time.

Controlling: Controlling is the process of assessing the organization’s progress toward accomplishing its
goals. It includes monitoring the implementation of a plan and correcting deviations from that plan. ABC
Company should set a standard level of product, measure their performance, compare actual
performance to established performance standard of their product, take corrective action and take
information from the process to set future performance standard.
