Introduction Application

 GG(H) SERIES SAND(GRAVEL) PUMPS
Introduction
GG(H) series gravel pump are horizontal and sigle
casing centrifugal pumps. GG(H) series pumps are
of high-head ones. Construction of this pump is
of single casing conected by means of clamp bands
and wet-passage. The wet-parts are made of ni-hard
and high chrome wear resistant alloys.The discharge
direction of pump can be oriented in ant direction of
360 degree. This type if pump owns the advantages
of easy installation, good performance of npsh and
wear-resistance.

work. These pumps have no need of any shaft seal over the fields such as metallurgy, mining, coal,
and sealing water. They can also be operated for power, building materials, and environmental

GSP(R) pump casing are made of wear-resistant
metal and the impellers are made of wearable
rubber or poyure. According to liquid surface of

Introduction
Bearing assembly- Bearing assembly of AF series is the
same with that of SV , SVR series . Bearing housing is
installed with motor frame base or supporting plate ,i.e.
pump and moto are connected either directly with
couping or through pulley and belt . Pulleys can be
exchanged conveniently to adjust the pump rotating
speed to satisfy the varying operating condition.
Feeding tank- Feeding tank can be steel,stainless steel
or coated with rubber with overflow box and tangential
inlet .The former can transmit the excessive incoming
slurry back to its pit, while the latter will allow the slurry
quickly get into the pump body and make part of the
foams disappear.

Application
It can be widely used in metallurgical industrial,mining
sector, coal ore and chemical engineering to handle
abrasive and corrosive slurries with forth. when operated,
AF pump can effectively eliminate foam and forth in
slurry and will also function properly even with
inadequate feeding slurry , thus making them the ideal
choice for delivering foam slurries, esp, in flotation process.
