Profile Synopsis

Over four years of experience, in Servicing of Imported systems (Color Measuring Equipment, Dyeing
machines, Textile and Paint dispensers, Printing Engravers ) and having fair exposure of Marketing
and Business development, with focus on Complete customer satisfaction and building relation for
future business.

Organizational Experience

Presently working with Advanced Graphic Systems as Sr. Engineer - Customer Support since
June 2004

expertise in all color industries. It markets and supports color instrumentation, which quantify simulate
and communicate color to all industries to which color is critical. Representing principals who are
leader in their field in the world as their exclusive dealer in India. sole Indian representative of
GretagMacbeth AG (Now X-Rite), a world wide market leader in color management products and
services. (Products are color assessment tools, spectrophotometers and related softwares used in
various industries i.e.Textiles/Garments, Dyes/pigment, Paints, Plastics, Rubber, Leather, Ink,
Automobile, Food etc.). It also represents some of the world leaders in laboratory automation systems
in their respective niche fields such as Hang Xei (Taiwan), Co-Power (Taiwan),Fluid-Management
NV(Netherland, CST (South Africa), Zund.

Responsibilities:

A) Service Activities

• Responding to customer call-outs; Evaluating and resolving problems;


Assisting with the installation of equipment; Offering customer training related to their
application.
• Identifying prospects on a continuous basis for services
• Submit proposals and follow up
• Converting proposals to orders and closure
• Delivery follows up
• Account Management, Develop new customer accounts
• Achieve revenue targets and eventually increases market share

B) Technical Support and Customer Service

• To set up appropriate application in compliance with company norms & procedures.


• To Calibrate/Re-calibrate set machine to factory set condition.
• To interact with principals and to provide suggestions for improved design for better customer
compliance
• To carry out periodic service reviews
• To provide value added services to the clients

Professional Qualifications

Has undergone 2 month training in from GretagMacbeth / Hang Xei and Co Power about their product
range.

• BIT from PGDAV, Delhi University (2000-2004)


• Perusing PGDMM (Marketing Management) from “SYMBIOSIS” Distance learning
• Completed Certification course in “Hardware & Networking” from I.C.E.C., Delhi

• Professional report writing with presentable format

• Basics of language C, & understanding of concepts of Object Oriented Programming
• Various supportive skills like basics of SQL, basics of operating system like DOS, Windows etc
are in place, as they were included into curriculum
