ENTREEPRENEURSHIP

Task 1
1. Entrepreneurship is always be important in economic development as it function as a
wealth-source for its nation’s economy in a way that its product can be exported which
will grow further the gross domestic product and income of a country. Entrepreneur
also offers immense opportunity for job seekers which also one of the economical goal
as it help provides financial aid for those who are in need. It also help less developed
regional areas to be recognized ,thus there will be rise of attention for any company will
be starting build infrastructure in this area which will supply for more income within
that specific place. Entrepreneurs again play a key role in increasing the standard of living in a
community. They do this not just by creating jobs, but also by developing and adopting
innovations that lead to improvements in the quality of life of their employees, customers, and
other stakeholders in the community.

2. a. Innovation - True entrepreneurs are the ones right out there with their wild ideas. Their new idea
will have all the hallmarks of being over the top with passion.

If the business idea changes anything of significance it will require the same set of entrepreneurial skills
as a world changing idea.  After all, if the idea was easy to implement it wouldn’t be entrepreneurial.

b. Passion - This is measured by the confidence of its promoter that the new idea is worth more time and
resources than anyone else can relate to. It is a belief system that switches on and stays on when others attack the
idea as insanity. Derision only re-enforces the believer’s view that they alone could be right, just like all the true
entrepreneurs they can quote before them. It’s dangerous and inspiring at the same time.

c. Take Risks - Entrepreneurs must be believers in the viability of the outside chance. They are well versed on
every out-of-the-box success story and the tales of lost opportunity of those who sat so close to the big break and
didn’t invest. How do you describe such an out of the ordinary risk taker? Try the word gambler.

The casinos call seriously big gamblers, whales. The assumption the casinos make is that whales can afford to lose
their bets. The difference is that these entrepreneurial risk takers often have minnow sized resources.

Rather than try their hand against the casino’s croupier they swim with the sharks of commerce by setting up a
registered company where they risk the financial survival of themselves and their families.

d. Leadership -
Blessed with variable degrees of charm, true entrepreneurs are also truly leaders. Possessing the zeal of
a convert to a new religion, they inspire others to join their mission. Disarmingly brave, these thrill
seekers recruit followers and team members who are often smarter than themselves.
Few realise that these leaders are so obsessed with the big picture that rather than worrying about
losing control of the detail, they happily delegate perceived operational tasks to others.
Confidence glosses over any logical or well-reasoned doubts should they be raised. Team members
often seem to accept that being on board will be a wild ride but where else would they have so much
fun at work.

e. Survival instinct - Gamblers, be they whales or minnows know that there are only fifty-two cards
in the pack. While every hand should be played to the full, should the tide of fate be running against a
true entrepreneur they dig deep for that other characteristic for which they are famous, optimism. Not
only is every day a new day, but it’s another opportunity to progress their vison into reality. The team
that a true entrepreneur leads not only follows, but is almost relieved that change is constant, even if
erratic.

3. Studying Entrepreneurship is relevant especially if we dream to own business in the

future. It inhibits our mind for critical, logical, and practical thinking thus mastering
entrepreneurship will make us suitable in any field we will be placed in. The importance
of it doesn’t only stick to personal purposes as it also help develop society and make
difference out from economic crisis. We will not become a successful entrepreneur if
we’re less likely to communicate with people, so it does mean that it will also help us
build healthy bond with others. If we aren’t satisfied of today’s innovations, we can
make more advanced on our own that will ease difficulty of performing any operation,
or in other words it will give human a much easier task apprentice. The skill we get from
studying Entrepreneurship will help us comprehend more in any aspect of our lives.

Task 2
1. No, If I we’re Rose I will continue operating the Restaurant. Reaching stability in
success of a business is always said to be once in a blue moon, if it’s on our hand
we shall grab the opportunity and work harder to make it bloomer. No matter
how far she and her husband with each other, if they love each other, there’s
nothing to be worried about. They can also make more while her husband is
handling his own business in San Jose City, thus they can build additional
businesses that their kids might be inheriting someday in the future.
2. If I were Rose I will be asking also for the previous profits of Palay Trading Firm,
so thus she can compare which will be worth to be chosen and that she can think
of the big loss she may face after choosing either one of them. But still, If I were
she, I won’t surrender my own food business yet I‘ll continue opening more
branches in different cities, for this to still work I will plan to assign one the most
trusted people of mine like any members of the family who won’t surely betray
me to manage my Restaurant in Santiago City while I’m in San Jose City
cooperating with my husband.

Our vernacular and the English universal language is both applicable. Since Ice candy is one of the
well-known frozen foods in the Philippines that beats the summer heat, I can use our own language
to add more Filipino vibes on it, I just want to represent what Filipino people do have. On the other
hand, Philippines has many visitors coming from other different countries, in that case then I would
apply the English language as it is generally understandable around the world.
