Right at Home Adds Staff Strength to Corporate Team

Right at Home is pleased to announce the addition of Margaret Haynes as Senior Vice President
of Support Services, Mike Flair as RightCare Director, Eric Martin as Franchise Development
Director, Tony Buccheri as International Support Specialist, and Andrea Allbery as Franchise
Development Coordinator.

Margaret Haynes, Senior Vice President of Support Services, is responsible for


developing and implementing franchise support, compliance and quality
strategies for the Right at Home and the Franchise System. She has more
than 20 years of experience in providing client support and consulting, working
with clients to increase business growth and profitability, and driving business
execution through process improvement and project execution. Prior to joining
Right at Home, Margaret spent 18 years at First Data and most recently was
SVP of Client Services/Data Operations at Infogroup in Omaha.

Mike Flair, RightCare Director, in his newly created role, is responsible for
evaluating, developing, and implementing innovative strategies that will
enhance the customer experience at Franchise locations around the world. He
has nine years of home care and franchising experience, including being a
branch manager, franchise support manager, and training director at Home
Instead Senior Care, Inc. Prior to working in the home care industry, he
worked for a national staffing company as well as in the foodservice industry.
Eric Martin, Franchise Development Director, has extensive sales and
business development experience. Most recently, he worked at Aureus
Medical Group where he was responsible for leading the development of
strategic medical staff plans and marketing efforts, and directing all aspects of
the physician recruitment process for a variety of hospitals and medical
groups.

Tony Buccheri, Right at Home International Support Specialist, is responsible


for developing the current systems and support tools used by international
Master Franchisees, and working with them to help expand their franchise
networks. Tony has previous global franchising experience in the home care
industry, and nearly 15 years of international experience. Before his career in
home care franchising, Tony spent 10 years with Hewlett-Packard as a global
project manager working with a number of Fortune 500 companies. He is a
graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he obtained his degree
in international management and business.

Andrea Allbery, Franchise Development Coordinator, is responsible for


coordinating lead generation and other marketing efforts for Right at Home’s
Franchise Development team. From 2004-2010, Andrea served as the
Franchise Training and Conference Manager at Crestcom International in
Denver, Colorado, where she managed corporate training and both domestic
and international meetings and conferences.

This is an exciting time for Right at Home, as we continue to expand the Corporate Office to meet
the needs of our System.
