Greetings in St. La Salle!

We, students of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in De La Salle University – Dasmariñas, are
currently enrolled in POSC219: Public Policy Analysis. As part of our prelim output, we are expected to
gather data in relation with our research paper entitled "A Case Study of the Policy Implementation in the
Municipality of Silang, Cavite: Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program”.

The research aims to know the following: a] The rationale of the creation of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino
Program, b] How the program is executed through the local agency of the Municipality of Silang c]
Advantages and disadvantages of the policy d] Specifications about the 4Ps, and lastly, e] Effectiveness
and the current situation of the implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.

In line with these, the researchers would like to humbly request for a personal interview with the which
will enable the researchers to have a wider view and understanding about the policy implemented by the
local government.
