At the outset, I thank Mr. Jayakumar, Head the of Department of Management Studies, for
his kind co-operation and support.
I am extremely grateful to Mr. Amirt Nagpal, who is my faculty advisor and my guide in the
College, for his support and valuable suggestions.
I thank Mr. Murugan (HR Manager) International Bakery Product Limited who was kind
enough in permitting me to do my project.
Last but not the least I would like to thank my parents for their support through out the
duration of the project.
ABSTRACT
The title of the project is “A study on Employee Satisfaction in International Bakery Product
Limited”.
The main objective is to ascertain the satisfaction levels of employees in International Bakery
Products Limited.
The research is based on through Primary and Secondary data. For analysis and
interpretation data various tools are used like percentage method, weighted average method and
chi-square method are used.
This project had been undertaken by me to find out the needs and wants of the employees.
Under this study a questionnaire which constituted questions relating to the employees
expectation is framed. The gathered data had been critically analyzed relating to employee
satisfaction.
The motive of this project report had been to provide few suggestions and
recommendations to “International Bakery Project Limited” to take corrective actions to satisfy
employee. The company should arrange proper transport for employees (Male) and arrange
meetings to say about canteen allowance to the employees.
The management should provide periodic training to the employees and reduce the labor
turnover in the organization. Both are affects productivity. So, the organization may take
necessary steps for fulfill his/her needs. The employee satisfaction is determined the industry life
growth in the markets.
