COMPANY PROFILE

Founded in July 2003, we are a full fledged

Generators manufacturing company. We have
our own design setup to match customer
requirements. Our design team is
continuously engaged in improving the
Generators layout, adding new features as
per requirements.

We have manpower strength of around

1900,working day and night to give you best
quality Generators as per your requirement.

To have the faster production rate we have
completely automated machines for wire
cutting & crimping. Harnessing is done by
skilled wiremen. For perfect assembling of
different components we have 100 pneumatic
screw drivers and 10 power guns which run
on most modern Ingersoll screw compressor.

Every Generator is inspected by expert

supervisors as per the checklist and then
only goes for final testing.

100% Generators are tested on specially

designed simulators by qualified electricians
for all functions.

After getting through stringent quality

checks the tested ‘OK’ Generators come for
packaging. We have a state of art foam
packaging system installed in-house which
ensures hassle free transportation.

With this background, we are now
introducing ourselves as major player
emerged in this Generators building line in
India who has delivered 10’50’000 plus
Generators of same capacity in just two
months time.

Production Process

The production process is concerned with transforming a

range of inputs into those outputs that are required by the
market.

This involves two main sets of resources - the transforming

resources, and the transformed resources.
The transforming resources include the buildings,
machinery, computers, and people that carry out the
transforming processes. The transformed resources are the
raw materials and components that are transformed into end
products.

Any production process involves a series of links in a

production chain. At each stage value is added in the course
of production. Adding value involves making a product more
desirable to a consumer so that they will pay more for it.
Adding value therefore is not just about manufacturing, but
relates to all processes e.g. Advertising, promotion,
distribution, etc that make the final product more desirable.

 WASTE MANAGEMENT

5 kva – Rs. 16,000 + 12.5 % V.A.T

10 kva – Rs. 23,000 + 12.5 % V.A.T
20 kva – Rs. 55,000 + 12.5 % V.A.T
50 kva – Rs. 95,000 + 12.5 % V.A.T
70 kva – Rs. 1,20,000 + 12.5 % V.A.T
