REQUIREMENTS Safety & Security Manager – Admin & General

• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in 5 star Hotel Resort in a similar role

• An outgoing, energetic, cheerful and positive personality

• Physically fit, healthy and well groomed

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

• Flexibility, ability to make decisions and sound judgment under pressure

• Excellent communication skills, reliability and “getting the job done” through persistence and a strong work ethic

• Guest oriented, service minded and have attention to quality

• The Security Manager will ensure the safety of Guests, Team members and Hotel property through a professionals and
efficient daily operation.

• Handles complaints effectively and ensure issues are followed up with both internal and external guests.
