-Flexibility during all grade-level meetings, checks for others ideas.

- I feel as if virtual learning has us all down, but I have remained positive, encouraging, motivating, and I offer support to students, my mentor teacher, and members of her team when I can. I know
that a positive attitude can go along way and I try and share that positivity and excitement for education in a friendly caring way. I am always willing to help and go the extra mile to be

-Sat in on a 504 Meeting: listening & learning about student’s rights.
- As a parent and teacher, I will always advocate for quality education for students and welfare for educators. It is important for educators to advocate for students who may not be able to advocate
for themselves and their education. My mentor teacher says to always do what you know is best for kids, and I agree. I will take that with me in my future practice
