Aludhu kura

Paste:

4 onions

1 spoon ginger garlic paste

2 spoon masala chili powder

½ kg potatos

Talipu:

Avalu,dry chillis,curry leaf

Ava kura
1 glass nuvulu

5-6 dry mirchi

Grid it all above three

Put it in banana pices

Raitha:
¼ kg tomato: boil with talipu

1 small glass nuvulu

1 spoon avalu

2 orgulu
grind all this above three and put in the talimpu

Putukulu Besaru:
1 glass black gram dal (minpapapu)- soak for 4 hours- grid it

Masala paste:

2 onions

1/2 spoon jeera

curry: put masala paste in talimpu, fry for some time and some water, add salt to taste, boil for some
time, add putukus...

samya pokodi:
boil the water( with salt) - add samya- take it as soon as it gets little boiled- drain it and cool it with
water.

Guti Onion Vankayi kura:


4 brinjals boil them in micro oven for 3-5 min

Rava Dosa
4 spoons of Rice flour

1 spoons of besan(senagapindi)

2 spoons of myda flour(if not wheat flour)

4 glasses rice

1 glass pesara papu – fried for some time

Mix both and watch them with water and keep aside
4 mirchi per glass one

Curry leaves

Half coconut

4 dry mirchi with other talimpu with ghee and inguva and mix them with curry leaves and
ginger(small pieces) and mirchi

Put coconut into it

Than put the rice and pesarapapu mix.

Put water and pepper powder(1 tsp)

Add salt.

And put in cooker.

Batanela katu
Paste:

2 Onions

4 Red Chilli

1 spoon jeera

4 Garlic petals

Grind all the above and add 2 spoons of Rice flour to the mixture.

Steam the batanelu for 3 whistels

Do talimpu

Add the grinded mixture to it and boil for some time than add the steamed batnelu.
Add some turmeric and salt.

Masala Curry
Paste:

2 Onions

4 red chillies

6 spoons nuvulu

½ spoon jeera

Little turmeric and grind the above mixture

Do talipu and add the above mixture and then put the boiled vegetables.

Masala Mukalu
Paste:

2 Onions

4 red chillies

6 spoons nuvulu

½ spoon jeera

Little turmeric and grind the above mixture

2 Big spoons of rice flour

Fry the boiled vegetables with above mixture.
