Note: § 12 Data Protection Act North Rhine-Westphalia (DSG NW) The legal basis for data collection is § 12 para. 1 DSG NW, i. V. m. The enrollment regulations of the Westfälische Wilhelms-
Universität, in the zzt. Which allows the collection of personal data. If the questions are not answered, it is not possible to process the application, thus enrollment is not possible.
Insofar as data are collected for the purposes of the requirements and progress statistics, the legal basis is § 2 HSatG. Personal Information (Information about personal and factual circumstandes)
